I go thru the drive thru and order my food. I only order the same thing because it's quick and pretty much all i eat from KFC. As soon as I pull around to the windows, I see a guy in black emptying the trash can in the kitchen. I honestly think to myself he must not be a part of the kitchen staff. But this guy puts the trash can down and comes to the window to fix me a Pepsi. Which, I had ordered a sweet tea. He gets an attitude now and asks me to pay. Grossed out, I handed him my card. This guy then proceeded to get the food from the other worker and hand it to me. When I told him it was missing a biscuit. He really gets smart with me and says it doesn't come with a biscuit. I say yes, I know that. That's why I asked if you could include one. When you asked if there was anything else I wanted. I just told him to keep the food and drove off. Yes, I paid my money to not ever go to that KFC again. It's unprofessional and a very uncleaned place.

Purchase the family dinner online for pickup to all pieces of chicken six biscuits also selected two mashed potatoes and gravies one macaroni and cheese and ordered an extra coleslaw. When I picked up my order and got home it had three macaroni and cheeses in it no coleslaw and gravy for I don't know what at this point very disappointed took on 45 minutes to fill the order and 20 minutes to greet me when I came in the building.

I'm here for National Chicken Sandwich day, and I just had a free chicken sandwich after having spent a dollar. It was delicious, quite hot and savory. But what I really want to tell you about is the excellent service here. I had some trouble with placing my order using the app, but Mahalia jumped right in to help me here in the restaurant. This has been a rough week for everybody, seismic changes across the board. I've done my best to be a light in the darkness this week and let me tell you what, Mahalia was certainly a light in the darkness today. Thank you KFC for the free chicken sandwich, but thank you even more for helping to bolster my faith in humanity! Please, everyone who reads this review tell Mahalia what a great job she did today! And I'll to finish out the review, let me show you the ambience here is great. There's a huge light fixture that looks like a great big bucket of chicken which is the campiest thing I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Well, outside Disney World. Nevertheless, the place is clean and inviting, and quite possibly the nicest place on this part of Sunset Road. And what makes it nice? Great people like Mahalia!

Placed a mobile order prior to going to lunch 11:50am. Took 8mins to arrive. Had to wait while they caught up on orders. No getting nothing. Just slowed the counter line to back up. Entire lobby filled. I didn’t get my food until 12:35. It was no longer hot by the time i got back to work and now had under 20 mins left of my lunch break.

The food is good , my only problem is , they don't add enough sauce , when u get a tenders meal , one time they forgot to add some when to get lunch on a work night . Second time , They was stingy with the tenders , gave me small ones , like wtf ?. I won't be stopping here for awhile.
So let me get this straight 3 piece tender NO DRINK 5$ but if you get the combo WITH drink its 10$

Never order for delivery because they never give the order to the delivery person and they have the nerve to say it was already pick up. Two different Dasher have to cancel their delivery because of them.

Horrible service, and I most definitely want be back ? they were rude, no customer service AT ALL, I brought an 8pc Boneless Chicken ? and this what they gave me. I returned it and they laugh as if it was soooo funny, then made me think they changed it, got home ? ? to this even WORSTER‼️ I was livid but no need to return, it because this what the shift manger allows. And the young man at drive with red locs (baby you tried) keep up the great work ethic, and great customer service you did try, thank you (I'm one pissed off customer) when your train better you do better ?

Ordered food an HOUR before they closed and they straight up closed the restaurant while I was waiting. The absolute WORST service I’ve received in my whole life. Do NOT order from here the employees are extremely rude, don’t care about keeping their job or doing their job. It’s disgusting and all around a horrible experience. Don’t waste your time here.
