I ordered a wing and leg, the bones was black and the meat was dry, the coleslaw was horrible and it was hard and dry. I now remember why I stopped going there but it was closest. They should close it down and the workers are not friendly

I always say you should not work in customer service if you do not have the attitude to deal with ppl. Food is expensive enough with out dealing with someone’s bad attitude while you spending your hard earn money. You never know what the other person is going through. I come here quite often. And I’m really patient with the staff when they put my order in wrong. But today was the staff was just rude. First, when I was asked what drink I wanted I said ice water. The lady replies back bottle or cup. Be it was hard to hear on the speaker so repeated ice water. She said okay that’s a cup, in the rudest way. I order the three piece white crispy number 8…I get my order handed to me in a rude way fyi. I pull off. It’s only two pieces. So I turn around, go inside, another woman gives me the missing piece. I left opened my box and it’s a huge piece of original chicken breast added. So I turn around again go back in the store. The girl that took my order the first time took my box and added the crispy. But was rude, frowning, not making eye contact, just moody. I even apologized for coming in again bc I felt like I was bothering them. But I’m spending my money here. I should not have to feel this way just getting food. I probably won’t visit this location on my lunch again. I like to feel appreciated where I’m spending my money not feel like I’m doing something to bother someone.

NOW, don't get me wrong. I love KFC chicken, but not every location is the same. Some places have better service than others. For example, we were using the drive-through. And the girl had a hard time hearing our Orders So we had to repeat ourselves more than once. But the girl at the window. She took time to make sure everything we want it was correct. Now, for the people who made our meals. That is another story because some of our food was missing. Not to mention it was a little past 4 o'clock. And they didn't have any original chicken recipe. Which is the only thing that I eat from KFC. So it was disappointing to find out the only thing that I could get with my combo. Meal was 3 little pieces of chicken. That look like it was four a child's

Got 2 wings and one leg that equaled out to a half of leg!!! disgusting! how do you make mashed potatoes nasty.. this store needs to close down tonight!!!!!! That’s why nobody was in the drive thru or the inside, only us fools who didn’t know any better!!

Ordered online with PICK Up time of 7:40 pm and did not receive food until 8:30. There was no communication from the staff of what the hold up was and I saw people come in and order after me receive their food prior to me.

I’m utterly disgusted by the treatment my family recently received at this KFC!! The cashier a young lady with very light complexion, dark hair looks racially ambiguous, curvy with a repulsive attitude said a gay slur to my family and accused them of smelling like alcohol!! Are you kidding me?!! The manager Sharelle did nothing but give the refund we asked for. No apology no nothing!! I will be calling and writing corporate about this, I am furious!!

Ordered online at 430 order pick up time was 4:40 I arrived 10 minutes late my order wasn’t ready it’s now 5:07 and I just went In To check on my order and they said my chicken was cooking and it would be 11 more minutes… considering there is no one in the drive through or parking lot making them “busy” what is the excuse it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get an 8 piece chicken bucket ready???? This is crazy. Leaving at 5:15. Won’t be visiting this location again

Well we got chicken but they are switching to kiosk what companies don’t realize is you can’t make or take something away or exchange something or if there’s an issue there’s no one there to fix it. We had that end up going to the counter because it would not let us do what we wanted to do or order what we wanted to order my husband ordered a chicken pot pie, which was not even listed on the kiosk, so unless that gets fixed expect lines
