Was in drive thru line for 15 mins. When I got to the window my food still wasn't ready. The manager had reasonable excuse. Don't go there unless you have an hour to spare to get your food. Oh the chicken was dry as well....

Went thru drive thru to order dinner. Person taking the orders was either inept or unable to hear my order. After waiting some time a different person gave me a total and told me to drive around even though I hadn't completed the order. When I got to the window, my requests for additional items were dismissed and I was told I couldn't order anything else. When I got home the part of the order that I did receive was incorrect.
