I called to complain about 1 piece of bread on my sandwich and got hung up on. Service was terrible

Food looked like it was thrown together and no napkins sauce are utensils was asked if needed. Staff masked was not properly worn and there was no control of social distance. Never would return to this store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! GOT IN LINE AT 7:10PM DIDN'T LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU UNTIL 7:50PM 🤬🤬🤬NEVER AGAIN !!! THE MANAGERS OR HEAD PERSON OF THIS KFC SHOULD FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF! IMMEDIATELY

Every time I go through the drive thru the ladies their have attitudes and aren't friendly at all .we need to bring back old fashion southern hospitality and relearn how to treat people horrible service is main factor in businesses losing profits
I normally have pretty good service at this location but tonight I am really disappointed. after a long drive my family wanted some KFC before going home. We ordered $20 fill up original. the server said it was going to take 20min. That was not a problem for us and told her we would wait. The food came out 7 min later. needless to say it was original and crispy mixed.... No one in my family eats or likes crispy KFC. I've been trying to call them, but no answer. I can't find a corporate number to call.Flag on the play!!!!!I must apologize to the store manager and staff for my review...I called today and spoke with the manager who graciously told me to come in and she would replace my order. when I got to the store and asked for the manager. The lady didn't know what i was talking about. needless to say was at the right store but wrong store for the kind manager...

I waited 10mins in line so I decided to go inside. Thank god!!! I did because as I was waiting for my food, another employee came from outside she didn't wash her hands or use sanitizer. She was on facetime with someone, this lady employee that was fixing food stop what she was doing grab the phone that just came from outside start talking on facetime using both hands with her gloves on. Walk to the back of the store with the phone in her hand passing the general manager, came back and start fixing my food grab the popcorn chicken with the same gloves on that she pick up the phone with that came from outside. We're dealing with COVID-19 you must take extra step while working in fast food and that was just unacceptable. I told the general manager what happen he didn't extent apology at all...PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE
This place has the absolute WORSE customer service. How do you have signs posted that your dining room is open for pickup. Then the doors are locked, you make people picking up food wait in the drive thru line....freakin ridiculous!
