The hot wings were old and dry and today machine wasn't working because it tasted like water. I had to wait a long time for my food and wasn't even offered anything complimentary, after spending $35.

I wouldn’t wish this place upon my worst enemy. Ordered a sweet tea to receive what can only be described as a gallon of pure molasses with ice thrown on top. The chicken nearly had a pulse and I’m not even sure how they fit it in the box because it was so large. Mashed potatoes were ice cold but at least I was able to eat the Mac and Cheese, just had to eat around the hair.

I normally have pretty good service at this location but tonight I am really disappointed. after a long drive my family wanted some KFC before going home. We ordered $20 fill up original. the server said it was going to take 20min. That was not a problem for us and told her we would wait. The food came out 7 min later. needless to say it was original and crispy mixed.... No one in my family eats or likes crispy KFC. I've been trying to call them, but no answer. I can't find a corporate number to call.Flag on the play!!!!!I must apologize to the store manager and staff for my review...I called today and spoke with the manager who graciously told me to come in and she would replace my order. when I got to the store and asked for the manager. The lady didn't know what i was talking about. needless to say was at the right store but wrong store for the kind manager...
