I have had my share of boil bags and this place is top tier! There was flavor in every bite and you could actually taste the spice, as I got the all 3 mix hot 😋. Service was great, music great and we got sat quickly and the food came even quicker for a Saturday! Everythingg was fresh!! Briefly mentioned it was my mom’s b day and server came out singing happy birthday by Stevie Wonder loll! Wish I remembered his name but this is the spot 🤫‼️ 15/10 !

It is the best place for seafood boil in the whole Charlotte area my family goes for any special occasion and every server is impeccable, my favorites are Eddie and Victoria!

We came here based on popular recommendations and reviews. We were not disappointed! Best crab legs we’ve had in a while.

The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The smell of the restaurant was very appealing.

We ordered the Snow Crab and Shrimp combo with sausage, potatoes, corn and rice!
Everything was seasoned well and delicious. All of the food was tender and piping hot. It came out super quickly and the gentleman who helped with our to go order was extremely pleasant and he was knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all of my questions and helped guide me to order exactly what I was in search of.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My fiancé ordered dinner from here Friday night and got it door dashed to the house… rice was missing but on the receipt and was $4… shrimp had heads on them… by the time we settled down to eat thirty minutes after food arrived… the establishment was closed so we were stuck with $40 worth of food no one was going to consume. I did catch the rice not being in the bag before they closed and i reached out to the establishment for the lady to tell me she’d give me a free rice next time (which it was already paid for it so technically it wouldn’t be “FREE”) or “i could come pick it up”. First experience was horrible so there will not be another.

We had Shrimp & Lobster combo with Shake Shake seasoning. The taste was amazing and service was excellent. Sweet potato fries were great too.

Absolutely terrible! They don’t clean the seafood. Evey single shrimp I had, had a vein in it. Seasoning was lacking. I took a gamble bc I didn’t want to drive all the way to my usual spot but never again. Wasted $70 bc we only tasted it and did not like it.

For anyone who loves Cajun seafood, don’t go further than King Crab.

My order (pictured) included:
• ½ lb of shrimp
• 1 lb of snow crab
• ½ lb of sausage
• Served with 2 corns and 2 potatoes
• Cajun, mild seasoning

I also added six oysters (lightly cooked, Cajun, mild).

The snow crab was as soft as butter, the meat sliding out in big, tender chunks—always a good sign. The two clusters had generous portions, seasoned perfectly without overpowering the natural flavor.

The shrimp came headless but with shell and legs intact, which really enriched the flavor. The sausage was served in thin slices and cooked just right. The potatoes were outstanding—steamy, hearty, and naturally textured. The corn had a nice size for the portion, and the kernels came off easily with each bite without being tough on the teeth. The Cajun seasoning overall was spot on: bold enough to deliver a punch, yet balanced so nothing felt too strong or too light.

The oysters surprised me most—they were large, meaty, and tasted fantastic. Light Cajun seasoning at mild heat, plus a squeeze of lemon juice, made them perfect.

The total came to $67. While higher than typical takeout, the quality and portions made it worth every dollar. Add in the convenient takeout setup and the friendly staff, and the whole experience felt like great value.

Bottom line: King Crab serves up authentic Cajun seafood that’s flavorful, generous, and absolutely worth a visit.

Great seafood boil. Medium juicy is right amount of heat without being over the top. Steamed rice was a good way to sop up some of that sauce.

I also order take out, never sat down in the place and ate, it looks nice; always quaint and quiet when i pick up my food. ANYHOO, seafood boils are delicious!! Been going there for a while have never had any complaints.

My partner and I go here periodically and the food is always delicious! Their seasoning is absolutely top notch. The kalamari starter is our go-to and we get a customized seafood boil. Usually crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and clams. The crab is delicious and a pound gives two people plenty of their own to enjoy. The clams and mussels hold their own in flavor and texture as well. And if it's in your budget, you have to spring for the pricey King Crab at least once. The first time we tried it changed our lives, I swear! 😄 DD (Danielle) was our server yesterday and I HAD to stop and let the manager know how awesome she was. Her energy is infectious and she kept us smiling and joyful. She's also just very real and positive.
