The BEST Korean food in Charlotte!!! Japchae is delicious! If there is a box of sliced radish, sliced cucumber or fish cakes in the case, GRAB IT!!! Mrs. Park hand selects the veg when they're fresh. The BEST!!!
As a Korean from the West coast, I can say with utmost certainty that this is the best Korean food you can get in Charlotte. Kimchi is always fresh and has amazing flavor, perfectly balanced and has a nice kick all kimchi should have. I grew up going to hole in the wall Korean restaurants with my 할머니 and the Dduk Mandu Guk is the closest I get to being back there.
