As a Korean from the West coast, I can say with utmost certainty that this is the best Korean food you can get in Charlotte. Kimchi is always fresh and has amazing flavor, perfectly balanced and has a nice kick all kimchi should have. My daughter loves their food, especially the beef bulgogi and hotpot! The last time we ate there the elderly Korean woman working there came out to our table and spoke to us for a while. She was so kind and went out of her way to bag up everything for us.
