I had an absolutely amazing experience at Kostas Kitchen. We came in on a Saturday right at 2:00 PM, not realizing that dine-in service actually ends at that time and switches to takeout only.
James, the manager, saw us walk in and could not have been kinder. He explained that they were technically closing the dining area, but since we were new customers and he wanted us to truly enjoy our first experience, he graciously invited us to stay and order anyway. That alone says everything about the kind of place this is.
James treated us like gold—polite, warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the level of customer service was something I honestly haven’t seen in a long time. It felt personal, welcoming, and sincere.
Because of how exceptional the experience was, I happily left a $20 tip. Places like this deserve recognition. Huge thanks to James and the team—Kostas Kitchen just earned lifelong customers. Highly, highly recommend!

The dine in experience at this place was literally like no other, it was faster than fast and fresher than fresh .. cheap and tasty I want with the shrimp platter double fries 🍤 🍟 . Anybody in my surrounding is so friends and filled with Southern hospitality . The place is neat and clean is I feel like this is a place that deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I mean I can go on and on about how every one plate looks just as tasty as mine . I would honestly come to this place off of the customer service alone. But the food is great, especially for the price. How much prefer to support businesses of this size versus going to the waffle houses of the world. I had breakfast today and it was more than I could eat. A full 2 egg, grits, toast and sausage breakfast with coffee for $11 and some change. Will definitely be back.
