I drove through the drive thru at 3:08 pm today. I ordered three Original Glazed and three Chocolate Iced Original Glazed. An employee specifically asked if I wanted sprinkles; I clearly said No Sprinkles, please. So, when I got home 40 minutes later I found three Original Glazed donuts that were okay and three Chocolate Iced Original Glazed donuts With Sprinkles that are so stale they were hard to even bite into. God only knows how old they were; they were disgusting. So for $13.62 I got three “okay” donuts and three stale disgusting donuts, with sprinkles that I specifically did not order. I won’t be back.

I don't see what all the fuss is aboot, eh. I'm Canadian, ya know, and I came down south on vacation, figured I'd give these so called famous American donuts a whirl, eh. But holy smokes, it was rough, like I don’t even know how to describe it just brutal, eh. Like, I wouldn’t even feed it to a moose.

I don't know the young ladies names, but I just wanted to Thank whoever was working at 8:20pm on 10/3. Those ladies made our entire night. We had just left Urgent care and wanted to treat our son to a donut. They went out of their way to make our night special. Thank you both so very much ❤️

Aww man my husband and I came Krispy Kreme this morning and the young lady was sooooooo amazing her attitude her customer service her smile everything was amazing ? I must say what a way to start the day !! We gave her a tip because she was that good!!!!!! Thank you Krispy

No employee to take my order at the checkout counter for a long time.
Two employees manning the conveyor and related tasks making hot Krispie Kreme doughnuts. No one at order/checkout counter. No one acknowledges my presence. I’m left wondering if I had happened in before the store was open to customers.
One of the employees steps away from the conveyor on a task and sneezes- no effort at covering-up.
Somewhere between 5-10 minutes and an employee comes out of the restroom with her phone. She takes my order and then washes her hands.
She places the doughnuts in a box. Another employee appears from the back of the store and takes my payment.
Dollar donut day!!! How can you complain about that?!? And service was quick and friendly ?

If I could give them a zero I would from the drive thru to the cashier to the cooks most horrible experience, and I haven't been to KRISPY Kreme in years but my patient wanted some got there at 6:58am was told no glazed donut holes were ready will be 25 min then went inside they said 45 min then went back inside the cashier forgot I was just in there which I am the only one going in and out at this time then lady in back yelling and workers then said it will be additional time. Smh and they opened at 6am and no fresh donuts yet after a hour just ended up getting something my patient did not want and wasnt fresh. After all that it should have been free

I'm not sure if the franchises are owned separately. However, this particular location is much better than the Concord location. The big thing being that they have what they advertise. Concord location seems to be always out of various offerings.
