20 freaking dollars for six donuts and a cup of coffee. This franchise has lost its ever loving mind and perspective, that was 10 cents worth of food. No kidding $0.10, I'm a restaurant general manager and this is the most overpriced garbage I have ever seen, I will never set foot back in another Krispy Kreme again.

This is the fifth time I order mini donuts and they give me regular donuts simply because they don’t have mini donuts. The attitude of the girl working the drive-thru window was terrible, as if it were my fault. I don’t need regular donuts — I need the mini donuts that I’m ordering.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location at all. The staff here is very rude. I even had to drive to the Matthews location, where the people are always so kind and respectful.
I will definitely not be coming back to the Krispy Kreme on Sharon Amity and Randolph, because they never treat customers well and always have a bad attitude. Truly a disappointing experience.

I ordered online at this location to try some of the fall specialty donuts. I got 8 specialty donuts for an extra cost. I picked up and the box was sealed, so I was not able to check the order. When I got home the box only contained 1 specialty donut and the rest were substituted for original glazed. I was not told the donuts were out of stock or offered a replacement for the money I spent. If the donuts are not in stock that should be communicated to the customer at pickup! Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return to this location.

The morning manager is temperamental and has a poor attitude. I arrived to redeem a birthday offer. The manager had a bad disposition from the time I started ordering. When I pull around and reminded her that I'm redeeming my offer, she said she needed a barcode and for me to order online. Only partially true. I needed to download the app so I pulled over and downloaded the app for her to be able to scan my barcode. When I got back in line to order, she was audibly annoyed and told me to come to the window. I asked the employee if the other lady was the manager because her attitude was terrible. She said yes and that they receive many complaints regarding her attitude. She does not need to interact with customers with that attitude.

Came in to pickup an online order and had workers making jokes about me. I'm sure they don't care if the owner loses money. I can tell by the ways the act. Please hold your employees to a higher standard. They don't seem to care that your customers are the ones buy stuff and pay their checks

The doughnuts have shrunk in size! I went back to the store because I thought they had given me miniature doughnuts by mistake, nope- doughnuts are just smaller than they used to be (same price of course). Come on, Krispy Kreme, you're not fooling us!

Only thing with this location, there's no soap in the restroom to wash your hands, only hand sanitizer. If your eating donuts with glaze, cream, chocolate etc... you need soap to wash your hands. Food for thought?

It's a pain to get in if you're coming from any direction other than N Sharon Amity Road to Randolph Road. The donuts are best when the sign is on, of course. Perfect for a mid-morning or afternoon snack.
