Worst customer service. Extremely rude and slow because they’ve got 1 person working while whoever else is hiding in the back not doing their job. Hire people who actually want to work and don’t treat people like an inconvenience. Recommend ordering ahead so you don’t have to deal with terrible attitudes.

Ordered two dozens of donuts from this location and it was delivered via DoorDash received one dozen and never was refunded or compensated for the other. I was directed to call DoorDash even though I paid Krispy Kreme directly. I’ll never spend another dime with this company.

I ordered 2 dozen glazed doughnuts to be delivered. Only 1 box was delivered by a doordash delivery person. I contacted Krispy Kreme and they said it was a door desk problem. I contacted door dash and they said it was a krispy Kreme problem. At this point beware of ordering from the krispy kreme site. You will be very disappointed.

I don’t make reviews even when I have bad experiences but I am a huge Harry Potter fan and We went today for the Harry Potter donuts. The lady at the front didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, my fiance ordered a ravenclaw she handed us Gryffindor, but that can happen like maybe she misheard him, I ordered the golden snitch, said said oh yeah we have that, she goes back to make it , disappeared, then she tells me there is no whip cream after I’ve ordered my coffee , idk if they were also out of the other ingredients because the ingredients for the golden snitch coffee itself sounds very good , but all I got was a watered down dark brown cup of coffee that tasted black and some shimmer on top . Well she could have been having a bad day but my coffee didn’t deserve that haha. 🤣
