I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced during my visit today 09/11. When I came to pick up donuts, I was treated in a dismissive and condescending manner by the manager. Instead of listening to my request, she rolled her eyes, made comments that suggested I didn’t know what I was there for, and spoke to me in a tone that was anything but professional.
I expect a manager to set the standard for customer service, but what I witnessed was the complete opposite. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and frankly beneath the image I would think this establishment would want to uphold. Rolling eyes and giving attitude to a paying customer is not only uncalled for, but it also reflects very poorly on the brand.
If this is the way management interacts with customers, it creates an environment that feels unwelcoming, careless, and, frankly, “ghetto.” This was not the experience I expected, and I hope upper management takes the time to address this behavior so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

I got my two kids hot chocolates and myself a frappe and this morning both of my kids are really sick and I feel nauseated. Neither kids have a fever but my youngest is worse and I know it has to be from the beverages, possibly the milk. The dates on everything need to be checked before making a drink for customers and everything should be cleaned out properly.

No way 12 doughnuts that cost a nickel to make are worth $16 a dozen. Go to Harris teeter and it is almost $17 for day old glazed donuts. I'm from NC and I appreciate the product. What I don't appreciate is being fleeced.

The woman working was absolutely incredible. She was so excited to give us donuts and free stickers! Truly the best customer service I have ever encountered. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair and spoke spanish (I over heard her talking to another customer). Seriously we will be back again solely because of her!

My order never arrived I tried calling and contacting the store multiple times and I tried calling customer service. No one ever answered the phone. I even tried contacting Doordarsh who also tried calling both the store and customer service and still no answer. Extremely dissatisfied.

I was going to start this review off saying the customer service was bad but that would be a lie because there was no customer service. In what world do I deserve attitude because Janet decided to work at Krispy Kreme? Rushing me to tell her my order, cutting me off mid order. Telling me everything is free for donut day just to yell at me when I order a dozen. It’s utterly ridiculous. Y’all need to have a staff meeting by tonight. Respectfully.
