Driving up at 1:30 in the afternoon it was deserted looking. I wasn’t sure it was even open. It was and my doughnuts were good. But I didn’t get my receipt so I couldn’t get my reward points in the app. But the service was great at the window besides that. The young man was so friendly and nice.

Parking: Big parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was marked parking.

Am I the only one noticing a difference in the quality of these donuts as a whole? The donuts are smaller, prices going up, quality going down. I’m originally from SC and would frequent the Florence, SC locations. I would say within the past 3-6 months the quality is changing. More specifically with the original glazed. The texture and glaze is different and it leaves a “film” mouth feeling and weird aftertaste. I mean no harm against Krispy Kreme whatsoever. But this is...

The service was good. Friendly and fast. But I ordered 6 original glazed. Their hot and ready sign was on but when I got my order, it was cold and almost stale. That has never happened to me before. And idk what happened here but these donuts were not fresh. Seemed like they’d been sitting for some hours. And that’s a shame cuz I love me some original glazed Krispy Kreme.
