Krispy Krunchy Chicken

I'm actually a bit late leaving a review. Actually stopped by this location back on 10/30, but just remembered to leave a review like I told the lady I would. I believe her name was Keisha I think. She was great! Was my first time being back at this location in a good while, being that I live out near the airport and don't be on that side of town much. But this is the best location! Food was hot, fresh, and was hellasmackin' like usual. I had been to another one before located on Glenwood but wasn't the same experience.

Horrible customer service. The lady locked the door on my face even one hour before the closing time. No care for the customer.

I actually eat here all the time and I’m currently in the store writing this review because the service today was just terrible .. I walked in asked a 3 piece combo and I wanted wings .. the wings weren’t cooked so I asked how long was the wait .. I was told 15 mins .. ok cool .. I paid and I waited in my car for about 15-20 mins … i went back in the store and asked how many more minutes .. as im talking to the lady at the register .. a woman comes from the back and says “she told you 15 mins, I’m dropping them now .. I had to prep them etc.” I said ok I was told 15 mins already though .. so that turned into an unnecessary back and forth over the wait time and I felt like she had an attitude about it which made me have an attitude.. I ended up waiting for the food because I didn’t wanna wait for a refund to come back to my card … I paid for this food at 2:08 and I’m just now getting the food at 2:42 … just a terrible experience this time around and I usually really like this location but the women in the back had major issues for no real reason ..

For this location to be my 😍 I was truly 💔 when I i got home to eat and realized I didnt get a biscuit, Ive thought about this missing biscuit for 3 days and im still 😤 . I just can't feel full without the biscuit 😪
So reminder check make sure you get a biscuit

Went to this location today just to get a chicken sandwich. Was told it will take 8 minutes. After waiting 11 minutes I finally got this Biscuit size sandwich. Bread was very cold chicken was hot. After waiting 11 minutes I would have thought the bread would be hot too!! The manager didn’t offer a curious drink or nothing for the long wait! I listen to her talk to her friends and hook them up who were customers behind me!!! SMH!!!!
