Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Really appreciated Nakisha’s positive attitude when we dropped in today for lunch!

Went to this location today just to get a chicken sandwich. Was told it will take 8 minutes. After waiting 11 minutes I finally got this Biscuit size sandwich. Bread was very cold chicken was hot. After waiting 11 minutes I would have thought the bread would be hot too!! The manager didn’t offer a curious drink or nothing for the long wait! I listen to her talk to her friends and hook them up who were customers behind me!!! SMH!!!!

Came in here at 8:20pm and was told that they didn’t have anymore food whatsoever. Confused, I asked what time they closed and the lady slinging water and a mop across the floor stated at 9pm. The line was completed and there was no food whatsoever, so why not just close at 8pm???? I won’t be back

I visited this location on the 3rd of October when i tell u the food was amazing and the customer service was at a all time high i had the best encounter with a African American lady i will be back

I am pissed. I drove 20 mins to get here and the lady closed the store 15mins early. Saying that they close at 8:45 pm, however online it does not say that. She was rude as hell. Then proceed to lock the door and drive off. It was more than just me wanting to get food. That is not good for business, loosing money so you can get off early is just mind blowing.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They do not need to be on any delivery app at all, they will continuously cancel your order and are not even busy. Bootleg Popeyes!

I have been coming here for a solid year and have had a good experience until today. When I walked in I was the only customer in store, but still had to wait a couple mins for order to be taken. I then ordered a chicken tender meal with potato wedges and only received 3 wedges. Asked for more and the worker was adamant that they would not give more wedges.

The most delicious chicken I have had in years! My husband and I are in love with the crunchy juicy chicken and wings..the honey butter biscuits are amazing!!!!

The older woman that works there I’m not sure if she’s the manager but she has a nasty attitude Everytime I visit this location. It’s time for corporate to step in and start cleaning house of these “bad apples” she should never be allowed to work in customer service again!

I came in here about 6 going to 7pm . I walked in greeted the worker no response..I ignored it ask for 4pc tenders and fries I ask her to make my order fresh because you can tell those tenders and fries been sitting for while ... Her response was she not dropping anything new ...I was confused...I had my sibling with me and she was also getting total of 10 tenders for her and her boyfriend.. mind you it's only 4 tenders left in her heart warmer so I told her that can she make mine fresh with theirs because their only 4 tenders left in warmer ...she was going have to drop more either way ...she kept telling at us how many how many how many wouldn't let me answer the question...she storms off saying " let me know when y'all are ready to tell me how many " I'm not sure what her issue is but thats unacceptable!! She was the Mexican or Latino worker their that spoke perfectly English avoid her she has nasty attitude!! We just left she doesn't need to work in customer service

Horrible food, horrible service and horrible atmosphere. Staff was really lazy and lied about multiple things. On google says closed at 10pm but they closed at 8pm and KICKED us out. The food was HORRIBLE. The biscuit taste like sand and disintegrates in your mouth and the tenders aren’t krispy nor krunchy. Do not recommend!!!
