I usually love this place! however i came in tonight and my usual cocoa cream wow just tasted like milk. it completely lacked flavor, and for the price i am extremely disappointed.

Poor and slow service. Employees lack of proper training with bad attitude. Placed for a pick up order that is supposed to be ready at 1.09pm and didn’t receive my drink until 1.29pm plus having to change my order twice after already placing the order because some items are out of stock. Employees have to open and review the recipe/instruction for every new order they are making.

There was no taste in Coconut Milk Tea. Bobas were completely tasteless. Very artificial essence of coconut.
My sister ordered a Peach Green Tea and she ended up receiving BlackTea Lemonade. It tasted like drinking perfume. Oh man, what a bummer.
And they are not even cheap, to have such excuses. 5 drinks were almost $35 which is normally acceptable if it’s a premium experience, but who wants to pay for such terrible taste.

We have been coming here for quite some time but this time we came 5 mins before they close on July 22 2025 and the guy gave us the worst attitude, even my 9 year old daughter noticed and said whats wrong with him , not coming again to this location

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Kung Fu Tea Arboretum location for over two years and have always ordered the Cocoa Cream Wow without any issues—until today. My daughter picked up our usual order, but what we received was just milk and boba, completely missing the cocoa.
I called the store and spoke with someone named Michael. When I explained the issue, he showed no concern, gave no explanation, and didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. His attitude was dismissive, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he simply said there wasn’t one. After a pause, he added that the owner only comes in on weekends.
What’s most frustrating is that there was no apology or attempt to make it right. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. Very disappointed with today’s experience.

This is one of the few places that has honey milk tea. An absolute favorite ❤️ Staff were very welcoming. Menu has a lot of variety, and the inside is cute. I highly recommend to my boba tea lovers.
