Good ice cream flavours.
Went with my bf and the customer service was great! They have good selection of flavors, I had the butter scotch and double chocolate it was good.
Great customer service and ice cream was tasty too
It was one of the worst taste of falooda i had ever. Who will give serve big noodles in falooda instead of sev. Ice cream was mixed with milk in tha falooda. If you want perfect one please skip this place.
~20 ice cream flavors, great falooda and good cassata. Always, great taste, and good service.
Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers offers a delightful taste of Indian-style ice cream! The variety of flavors is impressive, and it’s fun to explore the unique options on display. I tried butterscotch, strawberry, Oreo, and pan masala ice cream—all were delicious, but the pan masala stood out as my favorite with its bold, authentic taste. It’s a must-try here! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Indian-inspired ice cream flavors.
Bland ice-cream with not enough flavor mixed into it. Think they're into cost-cutting
Unique flavors and textures make this much more than your typical ice cream shop. Staff was very friendly and introduced us to all the interesting Indian flavors.
The guy that served us did not understand the basic questions we asked. Menu says they have smoothies and when my daughter asked for one said they don't have them. Ice cream did not taste the best and is over priced!
Excellent flavor selection and friendly staff plus fair pricing. Must try for fans of Desi flavors.

Good selection of Indian flavor ice creams .. reasonably priced .. would be good if they introduce fruit juices in summer...
Best place with lot of flavors kuds would love this place. Clean and well organized l.
Horrible service and disgusting taste, sitaphal tastes like vanilla. Expensive prices and impudent customer service
Big Noodles in Falooda? Really?
I purchased 2 pints of sithaphal, and the lady serving me filled the box with scoops that weren't fully packed. When I got home and checked, I found that the box was only half full because the scoops had left gaps, causing the ice cream to melt. The final amount of ice cream in the box was only half of what I paid for—$8.90 plus tax! I’m disappointed that the scoops weren’t properly packed to fill the box completely, leaving unnecessary gaps.
