The food is incredible. One of the best sándwiches I’ve ever had. It gets busy in there so I hope they can get a bigger spot eventually!

I went on a Saturday and I will avoid that next time. It was packed! We sat by the entrance in a narrow section that while it worked, was not ideal.

I had a chicken sandwich with yuca fries… simply delicious! They also had passion fruit juice which I ordered.

I would go back without a doubt!

In town for a wedding and needed something quick before my flight home. This place is DELICIOUS. I got the Tuscan and it’s so flavorful.

Pleasant place, little noise and very good food, good service, free parking for 2 hours. Just one recommendation: They should control the smells coming from the bathrooms since they have tables very close to them; it's essential.

We came with an appetite and high expectations and La Lima exceeded! The menu offers bold and innovative variety of flavor combinations in the sandwiches which each come with great sauces and are served on crispy yet soft bread which is perfection.
We came as a group of four and shared four sandwiches (as everything sounded delicious we had to try as much as possible).
The Chicarron was our favorite overall - with crispy yet succulent pork belly on a bed of sweet potatoes with a delicious sauce that I had to keep dipping our fries in.
You have to try the Sakura - which is a tuna tartar - something I've never had in a sandwich before.
The Calle 8 was a tasty Cuban style sandwich and the Burrifarra was also delicious.
We could barely squeeze anything else in but had to try the desserts which looked amazing - and were glad we did as the Suspiro was divine. I hope to come back and enjoy more of the pastries next time.
They also offer many of the sandwiches in bowl format, and offer a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with your meal.
Must visit if you're in Charlotte!

Ever since I heard that this place was affiliated with viva chicken I knew it had to be good. First, the location is not convenient. It would have suited this place better if it was somewhere in the open. I refused to pay for parking for a pick up order. The cashier was polite— got my food and left. I had no utensils for my tusan bowl and how to go out of my way to buy some utensils. The food was flavorful and for the price makes it worth it though.

This place was amazing. I had the Tori Nikkei sandwich which is a beautiful crafted chicken sandwich and the sauce was good. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, my first experience here wasn’t great, but it taught me what to do next time.
I ordered the Sakura sandwich and it arrived completely soaked in sauce. Even after scraping and blotting it, it was still overpowering. I’m not sure why an extra container of sauce was included.
If you’re watching calories or prefer lighter flavors, I’d recommend asking for the sauce on the side or requesting it light.
