The food is good, the drinks are also made well, the only bad thing is the attention of the waitress, she never comes back to see what else she wants. Having to raise your hand to ask for the bill is terrible, the attention is excellent, the food is delicious, the tacos are delicious.

The menu that is displayed here is not true to price! They claim to have made new menus and will not match price. Did not give a full price when ordered on the phone and food was double what we expected! They claimed to never see these menus before yet have the exact same menus in the restaurant. We noticed some reviews on here have had the same issue so please save yourself of a scam and go elsewhere.

I have only gone on Thursdays to get their tacos for $1.50 because it’s hard to find tacos for that price in Charlotte, but I refuse to continue going anymore. I’ve been to this restaurant eight times over the course of six months, so this is not a one time experience. Each time I’ve gone in there. There are 4 to 6 waitresses huddled around the front desk. And most of them ignore me or flat out refused to say any greetings. There is one young woman who handles the foods being served up by the cooks. She has typically been very nice and cordial towards me and she typically takes my order. The others refused to make eye contact with me or say anything to me unless they absolutely have to, because the other girl is super busy serving foods to the customers dining in.
There is an older waitress in particular has a very rude demeanor. She’s very standoffish and acts as if doing her job is an inconvenience. I asked her for a menu so that I could see what else they had available to purchase, and she almost made a look of disgust. However, she quickly fixed herself and gave me the menu. As I said earlier, I’ve been here a total of eight times so this is not a singular experience being blown out of proportion. I know that colorism and racism is real among older generations of Latinos, and I honestly feel like that’s what it was, because I compared my interaction with the staff to Latino customers who came in and it was night and day. Completely different.
It’s cool. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ve been to other Latino restaurants in Charlotte that are way more welcoming, and polite.

THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN CHARLOTTE NC ?️❤️??? THE OWNER IS ALWAYS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AS WELL AS THE GIRLS SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK AND ACCURATE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT ?????‼️
I’m not the biggest fan of the parking lot or the seating style of the restaurant BUT the tacos are solid and some of the better tacos in charlotte. The salsa verde is an odd color but good nonetheless. My last visit was on a Saturday because I forgot the day they do $1.50 per taco. Normal price is $3.35. I’m gonna stick to Thursday visits just because that makes me think I truly got a deal. Didn’t take photos this last visit but I will next time. Beer selection is limited…actually nearly non existent.
