Frequent here atleast twice a week, easily some of the best service in charlotte. Always the kindest servers that are very attentive. Food is always amazing and the prices follow suit. One of the servers has been attempting to teach me spanish during our visits :)

Food was super good and the service is great. Elisa attended us and she was awesome. Good vibes inside as well 5/5.

Food was not good, service non-existent and for some insane reason they were blasting Latin EDM at deafening volume. Never coming back

My partner and I have been coming here every Tuesday for a little over a year, and it’s easily become our favorite spot in Charlotte. In our opinion, the food is phenomenal—truly the most authentic Mexican cuisine we’ve found in the city. We always sit with Nancy, who is absolutely the best! She consistently goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Nancy’s incredible service!

This place has super good pricing! The food is super good. And the salsa that comes with the chips is amazing.

Also if you come in the front entrance 1101-B just walk straight down the hall and turn right. Press the buzzer at the door and someone will let you in. Enjoy!!

I’ve been here on multiple occasion and each time I have a different experience. This time I can after a procedure that lead me to having a softer than solid food diet which made ordering difficult. Server was completely aware and spoke clear English but couldn’t covey to the kitchen their customers needs. The food order was not complex and should’ve been easy to obtain. Unfortunately the food did not make it out correctly and I couldn’t eat it. After requesting to have it removed they sent on the floor manager on duty. I explained this was do to a surgery and I could chew food and that’s why I ordered the food a specific way. I did not attempt to eat the food as but instead ask my server to fix the issue. They could not resolve the issue which then I decided to just have that portion removed from the bill as I did not even take one bite. The manager came out and spoke with me stating said they didn’t want to remove the food from the check as it was “company policy”. After speaking more they did remove the food. The reason for this post is because I wasn’t served correctly and left hungry after being told I must pay for food that I couldn’t even consume. I will not return to this location

Our server GusTTavo made our dining experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. He was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, helping us choose the perfect dishes. Gustavo checked in on us at just the right times, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His passion for the food was evident, enhancing our appreciation for each dish. Thanks to Gustavo's attentive service, our meal was not only delicious but also enjoyable.
