A favorite in our household! The food is amazing and fresh every time and eating in is always a fun experience due to the staff being incredibly warm and friendly. They try to remember their customers and their orders and they are just so sweet there. We love lang van!

My favorite restaurant in the entire world! But they are closed until July 30th! Don’t come here before or you’ll be disappointed :(

The best service I’ve ever received.

This was the best food I’ve had in Charlotte in a long time. The flavors were amazing, I had the spring and summer rolls. I have the ginger stir fry and my mother had #45. Every bite was busting with flavor and every sauce was universal. I’m sad I experienced this place right before closing for the month of July. I know I will be back again and again and again once they’re back open.

Sidebar it was so good I took summer rolls home LoL

One down side was the one worker who kept touching my toddler to the point where I had to tell the lady to stop.

Great Vietnamese food and a very friendly team of people that work here. Very low key hidden gem. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte.

Amazing welcome from the owner herself- when we walked in and told her it was our first time, she brought us spring rolls and wine. Food was amazing, and atmosphere is very cool. It’s true what they say- the owner will ask you name and treat you like one of her own. Love this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 6 stars, I would!)

Lang Van is hands-down the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us like family, making us feel genuinely welcome. The entire staff took a team approach to service, each person attentive and focused on giving us an exceptional dining experience. Having grown up as a server myself, I was incredibly impressed by their seamless teamwork and attention to detail.

The food arrived fast, piping hot, and was absolutely delicious! Every bite was a delight, with flavors that truly stood out. This isn’t just dining—it’s an experience where you’re treated like family. I’ll be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and top-notch service!

This place is very busy. This is our second time trying to eat here. The last time we couldn't find parking so we left. Parking is a pain in the butt, because it is so limited. We had the pho dac biet and spring rolls.

The Pho Dac Biet was delicious. It is a little bit on the sweeter side, but not overpowering. Good color and depth. There was an abundant amount of meat, but I wish I could've gotten more tendons. I got three smaller pieces of tendon, which was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker by an means. Condiments were thai basil, jalepenos, bean sprouts, cilantro (nice touch and I always consider a plus), lemon (which honestly I prefer lime as I think the extra sourness cuts through the broth better, but it works fine), soy sauce, hoison, sriracha, chili sauce, chili oil (we had to ask for it). The chili oil was not very oily which was still delicious, but not typical of most pho restaurant. Overall delicious 5/5

Fresh shrimp spring rolls were soft, beautiful and tasty. Love the extra peanuts & carrots n the on top of the sauce. 5/5

Service was fast and efficient. They had an expansive menu with tons of options. Ambiance is very much the vibe of a typical mom & pop pho restaurant.

Parking: Very limited parking, but we will not let that stop us from coming back again.

I really enjoyed Lang van the local is very comfortable and parking is in short supply. The food was really good if your new to pho or Vietnamese dishes in general this is a good start. I definitely recommend their summer rolls if they have them, the peanut sauce that come with it paired with the freshness of the ingredients is an amazing combination I can't get over. I ordered the tripe and seafood biel and it was amazing as well. The prices range from 13 to 18 for individual dishes per person, or a hot pot option that goes for about 40 to 47. I definitely recommend trying Lang Van.
