Terrible service, I ordered my food to go at the window, they charged me for the food and after an hour they passed the order to the kitchen. Terrible service, I do not recommend it and the morning was terrible organization with its workers 🤮

Food delivery takes a long time, whether takeout or dine-in. There's a waitress named Soledad who has very little charisma and is unfriendly when it comes to serving customers. In this type of business, the waiters shouldn't be arrogant or unfriendly.

** STAY AWAY**worse service i have ever experienced. Manager has zero managing skills, servers are the worse señoras in society. food was under portion sized, the señora didnt even know english and could not get any of our orders CORRECTLY, even after i spoke clear spanish to them, they couldn’t get ANYTHING RIGHT. the manager came to “resolve” the issue. which made the server señora catch a stank attitude. terrible in all categories. i DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO TO MY ENEMIES.

I ordered takeout and decided to tip an employee named Monica (Manager) in cash, since I couldn't do it through my company card. However, I noticed that he added $10 tip on his own without consulting me. This is very dishonest, so be careful when checking your account, as it appears that some employees automatically add tips without authorization.

Terrible service. Did not refill drinks not once. had to eat the whole meal without a drink. Took forever to check on us and get the check when the restaurant was not very full. then when we asked for change because I didn’t wanna leave a giant tip (because the service was so bad) they told me they didn’t have any change so I asked her to run my card for $60 and I tipped her in cash. She gave herself a $10 tip And ran my card for $70 on top of the cash that I gave her. So she basically gave herself a $25 tip because the check was 64 and I gave her $20 towards the bill.It was a cash app card and I only had 60 on the card so it caused me to overdraft mind you the whole time she couldn’t communicate with us because she didn’t speak English, which is fine but she looked at me and my daughter like we were stupid the whole time Never going back there even though we used to love that restaurant

The food was honestly amazing as yall can see it was so good, the only thing is that the customer service was not so good, our waitress was never to be seen we we only spoke to her three times in the beginning, when the food came, and at the end. The other people working seemed way nice, she had a serious face the whole time, maybe she was having a bad I can’t really say for sure but other than that the food was great and it was a nice atmosphere very pretty Christmas tree

I’m disappointed by the consistently poor service and rude staff. My orders are often incorrect, and the food quality doesn’t meet expectations. Overall, an unpleasant experience that needs improvement and I also visited in person to address my incorrect order, but the manager seemed unsure of how to handle it. The service was disorganized, and the food quality was lacking. Disappointing experience overall.

I liked the atmosphere, very clean, the waitresses were very friendly, my family had recommended it to me.
But I have been a chef and hotelier for many years and when I tried the chicken I was not wrong.
It is free-range chicken and you can notice it just by looking at it. So don't be bothered by a customer's comment.
Just make the most homemade fried chicken, but don't fool customers with free-range chicken ?
I did like the slices and the waitress's treatment.
Real chicken with chops is homemade chicken.

Don't believe the one star reviews, this place is excellent. They don't speak much english which probably fueled some of the biased bad reviews. I've only had great experienced here and the food is delicious.
