My husband and I come here at two or three times a month, it's always a vibe and the food is always good.
Katie was a fantastic sever, never had to ask for a thing! Always love coming to Leeroy Fox, the green bean casserole is my weakness!
Took forever to get food and when it came our steamed broccoli was cold and the grilled chicken was tough and hard, supposedly came with Swiss cheese but could hardly see it and about 2 tablespoons of onions. Also the cauliflower appetizer was so spicy only one person out of 4 of us could eat it… I did not try it because everyone complained. Music was a bit loud but liked it.

Location and wait staff was excellent however the food was bland. Unimpressed with how little flavor. Not going back
sanitation in kitchen was clear horrible tonight. Gf came home with stomach poisoning from the fried chicken. Now She feels horrible due to someone in the kitchen. Playing with someone’s health is not ok. The cooks need to pay more attention in the kitchen. this could have been avoided had the cooks been more careful.

I received the most unprofessional service from this place on Saturday night. I will never return here or recommended this place to anyone. Brandon the “manager” was absolutely disgusting. Sarah the server has poor customer service. The hostess was coughing everywhere. The food was burnt and nasty this night as well. Just go somewhere else if you don’t want to be discriminated against or waiting 20 minutes before they send you a server from across the restaurant bc Sarah did not want to serve us. Trust me, do yourself a favor and eat else where my people!

Once we enter the restaurant, the young lady that seated us was coughing in her hands. Then, she cough again, after coughing she picked up our wrapped utensils. She should have said, excuse let me go wash my hands but she didn't do that. Once we were seated outside in the cover patio for 20 minutes, we were not acknowledged by any of the waitresses that were waiting on other tables. After 20 minutes another waitress who was working inside must had notice us just sitting there came out to ask us had anyone waited on us. After, we had told her "no", she proceed to take our order. We asked to see the manager, but he did not come right away. When he did come to our table an hour later right before we were about to leave. He came to our table with his hands on his hip with a nasty attitude. A person body lauguage tells alot about them. When my daughter asked him what was his name, he turn around and asked my daughter what was her name she said that's not important. He then got rude and said so your name is "not important". Really, how unprofessional was that for a manager to say. I don't understand why do restaurant think that everytime there is a problems that can fix it by offering free food. That's not what we want. The restaurant owner and managers need to take some kind of accountability for poor service. We are tired of hearing we are short staff, just do better. I will definitely not be going back to any of Leroy Fox restaurants again.

I was recommended to this restaurant by a family member. There were 5 people in my party. We were seated in the covered patio. We sat for 20-25 minutes without being acknowledged. There was a group that was seated after us. The server went to them and took their drink order. At this point we still were not acknowledged. A server finally came and asked have we been helped. We advised her that no one has approached us at all. She genuinely apologized and advised us that she would inform her manager. She took our order and was very apologetic. She offered a free appetizer. She was not even assigned to our area. She took our order, we received our dinner and the manager never came to our table to address the issue. Once we ask to speak with the manager, he finally came and tried to make an excuse for us being overlooked. He stated they were short staffed, which is understandable. As a manager, you should have reported to our table to at least apologized without being asked to come over. Our server was very attentive being that she was stationed at the far end of the restaurant. This was a terrible experience for me and my family. The manager on duty was Brandon. Instead of at least apologizing, he tried to defend the server stationed in our area saying they were short staffed. Customer service and accountability is everything.

I have ordered 3 desserts and they were amazing. The bread pudding was warm and rich with just the right amount of sweetness. Apple pie was absolutely delightful with flaky, buttery crust and perfectly spiced filling. The banana pudding was a standout, with creamy layers of smooth custard, fresh bananas, and a touch of vanilla wafers that added the perfect crunch.

Ordered the chicken stew over “biscuits” from DoorDash. Food was decent but their menu didn’t really represent what this item is. It is basically a chicken soup that they give you one small biscuit on the side. Not sure if you actually get biscuits if you dine in. Anyhow, the menu description should say chicken stew with a biscuit.
Our server, Nicole, was great. Made recommendations and shared her favorites. The food was delicious. We had zucchini fries and cauliflower for appetizers. I loved the pimento egg chicken sandwich and Brussels sprouts. Other items were blackened salmon, hot honey chicken sandwich, and bread pudding. All flavorful and good.
Birthday card with $100 was stolen from a co-worker at this location! As well as my debit card ! I believe the manager had some part to this ! They returned my phone but my my bank card or Birthday card with the $100. Manager was very rude and nasty once I returned back to the store asking for my items and refused to play the camera back that was literally sitting on the top of us in the corner ! The manager definitely gives some type of racist vibe ! As well as he seem to be on some type of drug or alcohol! I don't suggest this restaurant to anyone! When a mistake is made normally a manager tries to fix it. Instead they cover up and lie for they employees ! This is my 2nd review because my first one they deleted!

The chicken at this restaurant is way overpriced. It’s not well seasoned and too much of breading .
My chicken was overcooked or the oil was too hot . Definitely far from being the best fried chicken in the city. The customer service is not that good either.
I can get better fried chicken at half the price at a gas station. I want a refund because it made a terrible dinner for my husband and I.

I just moved here and someone told me about how good their fried chicken was so I decided to stop by. I will say that the fried chicken was very bland and had no taste. Food was ok and not what I expected. Drinks were actually good which was the best part in my opinion.
