Come for the honey pecan chicken; stay for the savory sides and luscious desserts. I will be dreaming for a while about that peanut butter, chocolate, and whipped cream casserole-style pie. The staff are wonderful and welcoming, and the prices are good for how much food you get. Always a treat.

I have taken a bit of time before giving this review. I wanted to make sure that my feelings were appropriate. I was not quite sure how to take my reception at this restaurant. I was here with a friend. We both ordered a creole dish that did not taste Creole at all. They ordered the shrimp version, and I ordered the chicken. It all was cold and under-cooked. The rice was hard, the vegetables were super crunchy, shrimp tasteless, and the chicken dry and chewy. it also appeared that they had just dumped a can of stewed tomatoes on top of that. I was not going to say anything about any of this, but the gentleman who seemed to be the manager asked, and Itold him. He was very kind and asked how he could make things right, as he could see that we had not eaten our food.. There was nothing on the menu that I was really interested in, so he provided me with dessert. The dessert was good. After this, Letty herself came out and rudely introduced herself, telling me in the same sentence that, "perhaps this wasn't the place for me. " I was shocked and speechless at this point. She then suggested that if I come back to get her to "guide" me through the menu. In her conversation, she repeated this several times to my dinner companion regarding me, as I was speechless for this entire conversation. I'm not sure what her words meant for sure. Perhaps she could clarify.

Me and my boyfriend ate here the other day and it was amazing! It was a very nice answer sweet hole in the wall diner and the service was amazing, Food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! Our server was a sweet guy and even though our food got messed up it was still amazing to eat and everyone was super sweet! I know we will 100% be back when we are down there again!!

Honey Pecan chicken was so good with the broccoli casserole and rice pilaf. The buffalo balls were really good as well and my daughter enjoyed the chicken and waffles. Service was very good.

My first time here and certainly won’t be my last. I went for a special event, a drag brunch and as an alley myself I loved hearing abt the story that Letty’s is one too and that is a safe place for people in the lifestyle. I think that is beautiful! The event included a buffet brunch, and my gosh that food was amazing! Seasoned to perfection! I can’t wait to go back on a regular day to try them out but best believe I’ll be back when they have this brunch buffet again:
Bayou pasta had no flavor at all, wife’s fried chicken, no flavor at all. Buffalo chicken bites were quite nice, but overall wouldn’t come back.

This is a hidden gem in Charlotte. Our bartenders Traci and Hannah were awesome. Jo and I split the fish and chips. We sat at the bar. The atmosphere is very chill. We will be back.

Diner type restaurant with good food and good service. Our social group went so we had a good sample of the menu. All enjoyed their food. I had the special of the day, chicken breast topped with cheese and herbs served with a savory rice and a side salad. Portion was generous and I took half of it home. Pricing was moderate as most restaurants these days. Give it a try. Place was less than half full with another party in addition to ours. It was a bit loud. So not a very intimate place if you are looking for that.

One of the best restaurants in charlotte, and my favorite southern food establishment. The owner is there everyday, she checks on every table and welcomes everyone. The staff is amazing, and the food is somehow even better. It’s a little hole in the wall with not much parking. But don’t let that turn you away. It’s absolutely worth it.
