Came here to Celebrate my sisters birthday. One of the most unprofessional/unethical experiences ever. The African American young lady who was working with the dreadlocks customer service was beyond horrendous. She never asked how was the food after it took over an hour for it to be brought out. The food was not even hot once it was served to me. No drinks were ever refilled until I asked several times for a refill. Then when the bill finally came out, it was over charged. When I confronted the young lady about the mishap, she began to yell at me. She then had an horrible attitude. One of my worst experiences ever at any restaurant in Charlotte. Proceeded with caution when attending this place. Prices and customer service do not align properly!!!!

You wouldn't think that a DoubleTree by Hilton restaurant would deliver 5 star meals but the Salmon cooked for my Caesar salad was better than excellent. It was absolutely amazing. And it made the whole meal delicious.

This is a classy clean restaurant. The chefs were extremely accommodating to my diet and specifications. They went out of their way to cook a meal for me that was healthy for me to eat. The waitress Britanee gave excellent service. The manager visited us to inquire whether my meal was prepared to my satisfaction. I loved my meal. My husband loved his meal too. The chef prepared a toasted flat bread, grilled salmon , fresh spinach, and grilled pineapple in balsamic vinaigrette. It was prepared perfectly with the right amount of seasoning. I was truly grateful for their attention to detail. Highly recommended dining here

Libations is surprisingly good to be a hotel restaurant.The service was really good. There was only one person working as the server, bartender, cashier, host, and busboy. She was fast, attentive, and very friendly. I was not in a hurry and it wasn’t busy when I first ordered. Someone in a hurry might be a little frustrated on a very busy night. On a busy night, I recommend sitting at the bar to be seen and get faster service.I had the Libations burger with sweet potato fries and a side salad. The medium cooked burger was close to perfect. I also had a glass of Merlot and a sundae as dessert. The sundae was lackluster. The cookies were somewhat hard and not warm and the ice cream was extra frozen and initially hard like a brick. I didn’t ding the place for that given it’s a hotel restaurant.As I mentioned the host/waitress was amazing. They are so nice there! The Brussel Sprouts were awesome!! I've checked in late before & had the chicken quesadilla. It is great as well. I don't have a photo of the quesadilla, only the Brussel Sprouts.
