Trey was very accommodating and kind when we accidentally spilled part of our pizza, very considerately giving us a small replacement pizza.

Don't order the chicken parm sandwich, the meat was 40% tendon so completely inedible.

Been going here for years. Easily a top 3 pizza in Ballantyne. The Margherita and Alla Vodka are both top notch. I've been mistreated on multiple occasions when I was just standing in silence waiting for pickup, but since my dad raised me properly, I could not care less. Will still always eat here, but it's delivery from this point out.

I was so disappointed with my pickup order last night. My order was a 12” New Yorker. The center crust of the pizza was soggy and watery…I could only eat the outer layer of each slice and there were only a few pepperoni. This was my second order from this pizzeria. My 1st order was great. That’s why I was so surprised of the quality of last night’s order.

There are only 3 great pizza spots in Charlotte. This one is the best! You will not find better pizza in this city (most places in the US). Sometimes they are a little light on the sauce.

We absolutely love Libretto’s! My family and I got connect with the owners and the food and service were exceptional. Our daughter loved the meatballs and the pizza and chilli oil were amazing for the crust. We can’t wait to come back and bring our extended family when they visit 🍕

The neighborhood vibe was strong, but sports bars aren’t my favorite. We had the pizza and eggplant parm. The skin on the eggplant was a bit tough. The pizza crust is tasty though.

This is the NY in NC I’ve been looking for! Everything about this place is worth trying once. The food is just delicious. Pizza is a go to, but the dinner entrees are savory! The sauce is perfect tang and the meatballs are loaded with juicy flavors! Love this place!

Great pizza! Always fresh and flavorful. They also have a really good chicken cutlet sandwich crispy, tasty, and definitely worth trying. The quality and consistency keep us coming back. Highly recommend!

I was visiting the area and decided to try Librettos for lunch. The staff was very polite and welcoming.I ordered a pepperoni slice of pizza, dined in and really enjoyed it. They have TVs if you want to watch sports and 2 different sections. I was just passing through and would definitely come back again.

It was a nice surprise seen this NYC style pizzeria, when my partner saw the Sicilian style pizza, he order one slice right away, and it tasted very well, just as the one over ther(NYC)
I ordered the entrée eggplant collating, it was very crunchy on the edges, ricotta cheese , and a delicious marinara sauce on top. Service was excellent.
