I love the Southend location. They validate parking in the garage for 2hrs, I can go enjoy a solo date and read at the bar or enjoy a night with friends at a booth or table.
The chicken and waffles are pretty yummy, I like the addition of the mint watermelon.
My server Aliyah was sooooooooo nice and informative right off the bat. She was patient when I took for to decide on a cocktail and suggested the Rumatumtum based on my preference and it was DELICIOUS. Shoutouts to the bartender.
I stayed for hourrrrrrsss (5+) from brunch until dinner on a first date and Aliyah was still patient and came to check on us even when her section moved and she begin training. She and Farah were so sweet. I’d come back and make sure I sit with them again.

I went to Link and Pin recently, and my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. First off, I got the street corn skewers. They were good, but I was hoping for more seasoning—like, if you’re calling it street corn, give me the real deal, you know? That authentic flavor was missing.

The dumplings, though? Straight-up delicious. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. No complaints there. Now, the lobster bisque… it was just okay. It came out lukewarm, which threw me off, and it could’ve used a bit more seasoning to really bring it to life.

My friend ordered the Cajun pasta, and whew, let me tell you—it was way too salty. The seasoning went from flavorful to overwhelming real quick. She couldn’t even finish it.

But let’s talk about the highlights: the sangria was so good. Sweet, refreshing, and hit all the right notes. And our server, Nikea, was amazing. She was kind, super attentive, and made us feel really taken care of.

Overall, I’ll be back because I see the potential, but I’ll stick to the things I know they’ve perfected next time. And with a server like Nikea, the experience still felt worthwhile.

Great place for a Girl’s Night out. The food and the service were impeccable. Parking was a little “dicey”, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.

Parking: The parking is unclear and the signage could appear a bit larger so you don’t miss the turn in.

Came on a Sunday night to celebrate an engagement and it was not busy at all. Service was really strange… drinks took forever. Food was very salty - NY strip was burning our mouths is was so salty and we had to send it back. It has cute decor and potential but the experience was overall strange and would not go back.

By far the BEST Link and Pin in Charlotte. Being from California it's so hard to find amazing seafood and this is the ONLY place I will recommend. Brought a friend who was visiting from Cali and he agreed! You HAVE to have their lobster roll! At this location the management was amazing. Cant say enough great things!

First off, our server was amazing. So that makes everything great! She was so personable and just really great, and I feel like a total bum because I dont have her name!
The food and drinks are awesome. So many choices make sure you ask questions.
The atmosphere is beautiful, but this evening, it was incredibly hot inside. So if there was anything bad, that was it. I highly do recommend.

Link and Pin has a lot of potential, but our recent brunch experience was disappointing. We made a reservation for a group of eight, but everything took a long time, from setting the table to getting our drinks and food, and even paying the bill. Our server was great, but the lengthy wait for food overshadowed the experience. We were there for two hours and only spent about 10 minutes eating. There were only a couple of other small tables occupied. The eggs benedict had great flavor and a generous portion, but it was cold. Given the high prices on the menu, I can’t recommend the brunch when there are so many better, more affordable options in Charlotte.

The staff is quite attentive, the food is well prepared. I went for breakfast but have also been there for after work appetizers. I've also enjoyed their broccoli with shrimp salad.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the time we walked in we were treated royalty. Once seated, Elijah began taking care of us. Please ask for Elijah when you come here!!! He would be in my top 3 servers ever! His personality and knowledge of service was amazing. The food was fabulous. Our mimosas were delicious! Everything Elijah recommended was also delicious. This place is a must!
