I had the chicken and waffles along with deviled eggs. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Will be returning.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Link & Pin Arboretum, and I cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional service we received. With less than 24 hours’ notice, they made every necessary accommodation to ensure my family and friends—17 of us in total—could dine together comfortably.
From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with not only knew me by name but was also incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive to all of our guests’ needs. The coordination, professionalism, and hospitality were truly impressive.
This experience made my birthday dinner incredibly special, and I highly recommend Link & Pin Arboretum for private dining or special events, especially for large parties. Thank you again to the entire team for making the evening unforgettable!

From the moment we walked into Link & Pin at the Arboretum, we were warmly welcomed by every member of the team—from the front host stand to the managers and our incredible server, Jessica. The hospitality here is top-tier, and they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home.
We were especially impressed with how attentive and accommodating the staff was toward families with young children. It’s clear that they care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.
The standout of the evening was easily the Tour of the Seas special. It was phenomenal—a beautifully presented feast featuring a lobster tail, perfectly seared scallops, succulent shrimp, crispy deep-fried Brussels sprouts, and creamy mashed potatoes. It was more than enough for two people and shockingly priced at only $67. The quality and portion size make this one of the best dining values we’ve found in Charlotte.
We were lucky enough to be seated in the lakeview dining room, which has a stunning ambiance and one of the best views in the entire South Park area. It added a relaxing and upscale vibe to an already fantastic meal.
We can't wait to come back—and next time, we're bringing friends. Highly, highly recommend!

My lobster in the lobster roll was tough which usually means it was over cooked or old lobster. My friend liked his halibut but not the kale salad that came with it and you can substitute something else.

First, the service was impeccable. Calling me by my name as I came in was memorable. Our server Jess was so attentive, efficient and has a great singing voice (sang happy birthday to my dinner partner). Second, the food. I had the Tour of the Sea; scallops, shrimp, lobster, whipped potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious. Interestingly, the potatoes actually stood out from the proteins somehow. So well done.
The presentation of the flounder is amazing. However, it was a little dry. The value of the scallops entree was little high for 3 regular size scallops. Overall the dish tasted salty. Good atmosphere but the lake was still and needed to be cleaned out. I was able to enjoy my guest, the food and the place.
Ordered fried oysters, truffle garlic fries and Brussels salad it all tasted the same very sweet and oily. No taste of oysters, no taste of truffle or garlic and the Brussels swimming in sweet balsamic oil. Threw is all away.

Had a take out order here, food was great, had a burger fries and the Burrata salad, had the donuts for desert they we're very decadent and a bit on the greasy side, the dips on the other hand for the donuts were great they had salted caramel, strawberry and vanilla.
Ambience seemed really great from the couple of minutes I was picking up my order seemed like a nice place to sit back and relax.
Was recommended to try an old fashioned from here as well but did not get the chance

Food was perfectly fine, however they charged 8 dollars per scallop, the scallops were the size of a quarter.

The brunch menu was very good and the waitress was pleasant and informative. There were not a lot of people there, so she could have been more attentive than she was. I asked for my drink without jalapeños. First it didn't come out with the other drinks, then when it did, it had a lot of residual “heat” like there had been jalapeños in it, but they removed them and sent the drink anyway. We ordered an appetizer of avocado toast and it never came. I had the avocado chicken blt. The chicken was thin and dry, but the bacon was crisp and the avocado was fresh. The fries are delicious. My friend had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good and she liked the hash brown potatoes. My other friend had the make-your-own omelette and it was a lot of food and she enjoyed it. My friend loves Bloody Mary's at brunch, but they add kimchi or something really spicy to their mix so she couldn't have one and was really disappointed.
We had an amazing experience here. The food was excellent and the service made it 100x better. We are so excited to add this to a list of "favorite restaurants" here in CLT!

As a long time frequenter of Link & Pin both Arboretum and Southend, I was devastated to hear about the Southend location closing. Thankfully the Arboretum location is still going strong! This place is fantastic for all around dining experiences but my personal favorites is their late night cocktails and apps/deserts! You can enjoy lunch on the terrace or dinner in the dining room - all are excellent choices.
Our waiter for lunch this past weekend Alex was new to serving and did a fantastic job! All of the servers we had in the past have been so helpful and friendly - the know how to keep a very kind and professional staff!
We can't wait to go back for more late night cocktails! 🍸
