I can't figure out this place., There is no dress code, it's dark and dingy inside. The food is actually really tasty
The waiter/ owner was very rude And say us in the very back corner when other tables were available more with the crowd
Experience was not good. Wife didn't want French fries with her lobster roll. They offered her a salad which wasn't the salad she wanted. Waiter couldn't explain what I tweet in the lobster roll. When the manager came over he was very condescending to my wife. Food was fair. Experience was horrible according to my wife
I have been here about 4 times. Each time everyone has been unbelievably nice. The bartenders are awesome. The burgers are delicious. The back room was a bit dark after the sun went down. Hard to see the food but I love that room.
Our party of 4 really enjoyed our dining experience at Link & Pin last night, the first time visiting for all of us. The staff was incredible from the moment we walked in the door, and it's so fancy - but not at all stuffy. We had the Wedge Salad, Lobster Bisque, and Brussels Sprouts to start, and each was incredible! For our entrees, two of us ordered the Grilled Halibut that came with a Kale salad. The salad portion was a bit small, but so good! One of us ordered the Blackened Salmon and really enjoyed it, and the 4th got the Market Fish, which was a Sable Cod Fish, which she basically inhaled! The food, being really beautifully presented, was way beyond standard fare, but the atmosphere is what took our meal to the next level! We will definitely be back!
We were celebrating birthdays and it was a perfect place The food was great from the bread to the desserts! Highly recommend.
I had the chicken and waffles along with deviled eggs. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Will be returning.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Link & Pin Arboretum, and I cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional service we received. With less than 24 hours’ notice, they made every necessary accommodation to ensure my family and friends—17 of us in total—could dine together comfortably.
From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with not only knew me by name but was also incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive to all of our guests’ needs. The coordination, professionalism, and hospitality were truly impressive.
This experience made my birthday dinner incredibly special, and I highly recommend Link & Pin Arboretum for private dining or special events, especially for large parties. Thank you again to the entire team for making the evening unforgettable!

From the moment we walked into Link & Pin at the Arboretum, we were warmly welcomed by every member of the team—from the front host stand to the managers and our incredible server, Jessica. The hospitality here is top-tier, and they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home.
We were especially impressed with how attentive and accommodating the staff was toward families with young children. It’s clear that they care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.
The standout of the evening was easily the Tour of the Seas special. It was phenomenal—a beautifully presented feast featuring a lobster tail, perfectly seared scallops, succulent shrimp, crispy deep-fried Brussels sprouts, and creamy mashed potatoes. It was more than enough for two people and shockingly priced at only $67. The quality and portion size make this one of the best dining values we’ve found in Charlotte.
We were lucky enough to be seated in the lakeview dining room, which has a stunning ambiance and one of the best views in the entire South Park area. It added a relaxing and upscale vibe to an already fantastic meal.
We can't wait to come back—and next time, we're bringing friends. Highly, highly recommend!

My lobster in the lobster roll was tough which usually means it was over cooked or old lobster. My friend liked his halibut but not the kale salad that came with it and you can substitute something else.

First, the service was impeccable. Calling me by my name as I came in was memorable. Our server Jess was so attentive, efficient and has a great singing voice (sang happy birthday to my dinner partner). Second, the food. I had the Tour of the Sea; scallops, shrimp, lobster, whipped potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious. Interestingly, the potatoes actually stood out from the proteins somehow. So well done.
The presentation of the flounder is amazing. However, it was a little dry. The value of the scallops entree was little high for 3 regular size scallops. Overall the dish tasted salty. Good atmosphere but the lake was still and needed to be cleaned out. I was able to enjoy my guest, the food and the place.
Ordered fried oysters, truffle garlic fries and Brussels salad it all tasted the same very sweet and oily. No taste of oysters, no taste of truffle or garlic and the Brussels swimming in sweet balsamic oil. Threw is all away.
