“The only reason I’m posting a 5 star for albermarle Little Ceasers is because of Ms.Vicki/Viki. I appreciate your willingness to remake the cheese pizza for my child who has sever sensory issues due to her neurological disorder. I usually would try to fix it myself and hope for the best outcome, but tonight I was stressed and utterly exhausted and just wanted her to eat something i did not have to meticulously plan for and prep. Cheese pizza is her favorite treat. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for not making me feel ashamed or embarrassed for even asking. I hope you have a blessed rest of the year as well as each coworker who was there with you tonight! You may be the only reason we go back to visit , and I hope you are there because if we can tip I’ll most certainly do that. Thank you again!“

“I make my own pizza but love to take my kids there for a treat.I usually order thin crust with low cheese and sauce but I think they sometimes don't pay attention to customize pizza and I don't get what I exactly ordered.I also pick well done coz it would get soggy a little with thin crust.I love how details you can go in terms of customize your own pizza.Overall it is wonderful just to bring joy to kids especially they love the FREE cookies.“

“Clean and the Service was so nice.The General Manager came around the counter and greeted me and my son which was so kind of her.Well, I find most impressive is just the down to earth family feeling of how they treat you and make you feel welcomed .They’re always the best value in town and my pizza and chicken wings and the cheese bread was so hot and fresh and with the marinara sauce they offer with it I can go on and on and on about how great their food is !!“

“I want to commend Pam at the Steward Creek location in Charlotte NC as she was working by herself and held down the crowd with such professionalism. Thankfully another employee showed up and expedited service. It is so hard to serve the community when you have to ride solo and meet all expectations. Let's say thanks to Pam for doing a great job when I know it is tough to maintain positivity.“

“This place gets negative reviews but everytime I order here from a food-delivery app + one time I came in person it was great. My DoorDash orders always come fresh and never had an issue. I came in person and my food was done in less than 5. The workers are kind and when I visited it was during October and they had very nice and fun decorations up. Clearly this place gets slack but all my experiences have been positive.“

“I ordered 21 pizzas through the app at 10am. Apparently the app does not tell the restaurant until closer to time to prepare it. So they were really backed up. I got a call from the manager saying I wouldn’t get the pizzas until 630. I explained I had hungry kids that were not gonna wait that long. He said he would see what he could do but no promises. The pizza arrived right on time 5 PM. They absolutely crushed it. I now know to call in the order early in the morning and not to use the app. Thank you pizza crew you guys did an amazing job“
