This place gets negative reviews but everytime I order here from a food-delivery app + one time I came in person it was great. My DoorDash orders always come fresh and never had an issue. I came in person and my food was done in less than 5. The workers are kind and when I visited it was during October and they had very nice and fun decorations up. Clearly this place gets slack but all my experiences have been positive.

Ordered my food by mobile order at 7:45, the receipt says the order would be done by 8:59. It is now 9:38pm & I haven’t received my food yet

I did a mobile order and didn’t get my food until 2 hours later. The place was packed with others waiting on their orders. The cashier got into a heated argument with a customer. I received my pizza cold. Not a great experience.

The cashier didn’t greet at all no smile, straight mean mugging. She was on and off the phone, at least step on the side to do that even tho I told her I need a sec. I’m big when it comes to customer service. I wanted to walk out and go grab something from Walmart, but I needed to get something quick so I could put my kids in bed. The pizza was horrible cheese wasn’t melted all the way, just seems a lot rushed for 15 min. I love Little Caesar but this is just drawing my eyes elsewhere when it comes to pizza spots!

They refuse to make pizza! Saying we have to get what is already made i only wanted a 3 meat trio. An told me they are not making the pizza.. it's only 8:20pm so im confused why the pizza couldn't get made? I asked nicely an they response was we don't want to make it... they're not professional no uniform on street wear on dirty no hair nets.very rude..this the worst in charlotte wilkinson blvd ...they don't need that one star...

Me and my kids come here almost all the time and recently they been goimg downhill and slacking. Last time we order we didn't notice until we got home that the pizza dough was undercooked my kids are obsessed with pizza and the fact that they didn't eat the pizza meant they done messed up. You got teenagers young staff who seem clueless. The pizza not fresh it be tasting old .is sad

It's the most underrated pizza place. I love coming here & I always get the crazy puffs & the pizzas are made with love & detail 💕 😍
