So always advertise on the commercials every time I come to this location in order the puffs they’re never available. Take them if you can’t get them and they’re too hard for the employees to make advertising

Disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn’t wish the experience I had at this Little Caesars on my worst enemy. I ordered crazy puffs and bread, which should be simple enough… but apparently not for these incompetent individuals. Isn’t Little Caesars supposed to be hot and ready? I waited over 30 minutes, and when they finally gave me my order, all they said was “sorry for the wait.” Give these people easier jobs because working at Little Caesars is clearly too hard for them to handle.

Placed an order at 6:32 pm online. Pickup stated between 7:02-7:07. I didn't receive my food til 7:45 pm. I find it offensive that people who would order the same thing I did as a hot and ready would walk in and walk out with their food. Why are customers who ordered online and come during pick up time not served first? Bad management.
