Little Caesars Pizza

The lady taking orders at the front has the worse attitude ever whether the place is busy or not. From my past recent visits, she always gives me a nasty look and I have been nothing but polite and patient. @ Stewart Creek Crossing, 5009 Beatties Ford Rd.

Would not make me a fresh pizza despite me having to wait for the cheese bread to be made. Now I have fresh cheese bread and old pizza. Refused to make it fresh cause she had to get rid of the old despite the request. I would have left but I had hungry kids in the car.

Do not go here and expect anything! Poor service, rude staff, didn't sell it to me. Apparently you can only get 2 pizzas without ordering online. We had family emergency was ordering for kids and we're refused service. Hungry holies got our business and will from here forward! We will tell everyone we'll take our business elsewhere!

DON'T GO HERE!!! They can't even make standard pizza's on their menu correctly so I wouldn't chance it with a custom order. They made my order completely wrong and when I called the store and told them, they laughed and proceeded to hang up on me. They can't make pizzas and they couldn't care less about their customers. Honestly, just don't go to Little Caesar's. Their corporate customer service won't help you either if anything's wrong with your order.

Terrible place, terrible staff/with attitude issues, they will sell you old food if you don't check your orders. Even if you ask for fresh food they have a attitude about making it. This place truly needs new staff, I don't even go there anymore for icb. My dog won't even eat some of the stuff that comes out of this place.

The good thing about this location is that it is only 4 min driving from home, but the customer service is awful, even when you try to be nice at them, they will NEVER try to be nice or polite to you. I usually get my movie night pizza from here and gave ZERO motivation to give any tips, and from where I am, we are very used to tipping all the time.

I want to commend Pam at the Steward Creek location in Charlotte NC as she was working by herself and held down the crowd with such professionalism. Thankfully another employee showed up and expedited service. It is so hard to serve the community when you have to ride solo and meet all expectations. Let's say thanks to Pam for doing a great job when I know it is tough to maintain positivity.

Order through doordash food was cold and they forgot my brownies. However it wasn't the dasher fault because he got to me 7 minutes after so it mean the food was cold from the store.

Listen. Just don’t go here. I know you want the crazy bread, but they just can’t do it. I keep trying again every few months, but they have never gotten the crazy bread right. Ever. It’s depressing. I blame management and leadership for poor wages and training.
Edit: also, the hot and ready was all pepperonis and no cheese. Terrible. It’s the most basic food item and you can’t get it right?

Hey Little Caesars suits: pay your people better and train them and lead them. Stop managing a brand and team with such apathy.

Sometimes, once in a bluemoon, Little Caesars can have some of the best pizza. This is a location where it's possible. Couldn't even leave the parking lot before polishing off half the pie. Feeling so satisfied and chill right now.

My GOD this is the worst pizza I spent $47 with (lil caesars) i was excited to do the free delivery promo how do you over cook the top and have a soggy bottom dripping in grease and it was tossed together super sloppy this is supposed to be for human consumption I called multiple times to get the manager and she mad like I made her eat and no don't want free pizza keep it you all need to do better .

I had bought pizza for many years but the 4 pizzas I ordered were given to me raw, not well cooked, I ordered these pizzas and they delivered them raw, I will not return to return them because it is far from my house... ps: if you don't want to. give good service, don't work there...terrible service, the quality of the tin pizzas has dropped a lot, improve the service
