If you look at my previous review history, it’s rare I ever write a review, almost unheard that I’d write a negative review, but everytime I visit this location I leave wondering why upper management and/or ownership continues to pay these employees to have such, horrible customer service. If you walk in write now, you’d see the same lady at the counter, who I guess is some sort of leadership given the collar on her shirt( I absolutely cannot imagine how) with not even the slightest smile on her face, no greeting no “hi how are you” not even and effort to even act like she likes her job. Every single customer all she said the entire interaction was “what can I get for you *eye roll* - $7.35” None of us want to work, trust me, but if you take a job that is in customer service, you’re agreeing to give good customer service, it really don’t be that hard to smile, say hey, etc. we not the ones forcing you to be there, what you mad at me for ? Place always seems a bit under kept? And the tacky hand written signs that either say “card only” or “ new orders will take up to 30 minutes” depending on the day, really lessens the moral of the place, paired with the horrible customer service from the person at the counter, this place is a bust. Literally such an easy fix.The person that writes the repsonses to these reviews, seems like they truly understand customer service , love LOVE the enthusiastic replies. Whenever you are , PLEASE walk in the front door of this place in the evening unexpectedly and see for yourself the kind of treatment these workers truly are giving people, it’s consistent, and so much worse than awful.

They didn't put the garlic on my crazy puffs. Stood in the store for 15 minutes before the cashier says "What you want?" She was cussing in the store because she was overwhelmed with the orders. She spoke to every customer that way. The service was slow....id never come back here.

Went to order me a 3 meat at mushroom get home and no mushroom. Call back to the store and the young guy that picked up the phone said he didn't ring me up for no mushroom. I asked him how much was the 3 meat. He said $11.74. I pulled out my receipt and it has a 3 meat add mushroom which was $12.74. The young guy said bring it back and she will remake it. People in there waiting on orders and they are not paying attention. Just say sorry for charging me fo something I didn't receive.
