could be better. DEFINITELY could be cleaner! you can see a ton of gnats in the back. sometimes they take the pizzas off of the oven way too early, so make sure you look at your pizza before leaving lol

I didn’t even wanna give it a one star this is my second time coming first time the computer was down which is fine. Shit happens second time two weeks later. They can’t take my order no excuse no nothing not too much. I drove 20 minutes never again.

INSANE WAIT TIME 1HR+ HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!! I only come to this location because it’s next to my job, with that said, this is getting ridiculous. the last 3 times i’ve been to this location it’s been absolute chaos with only one employee working. she’s doing a good job for how little the owner appears to care!!. Every time i’ve came in she’s been running back and forth between calming down customers, the counter, the make line and the ovens, with nobody there to help her! plus constantly irate customers due to excessive wait time. For the love of god and the sake of your employees (and your customers who put the money in your pocket) have some freaking respect !!! if yall aren’t able to get orders out in a reasonable time frame, don’t be open at all!!! currently still waiting for my order as im typing this (ordered at 3:26pm, it is now 4:41pm.) DO BETTER SMFH

I ordered in the app and waited patiently despite going into the store 2 times and not being seen by a single employee. Pizza took 40 minutes to make and was cold when we got it, make it make sense. Then they gave us some uncut pizza when we addressed the situation. Bro please bro if I could cut and cook my own pizza right now I would have gotten Papa Murphy’s, doesn’t even take 40 minutes to bake. 😔 How dose it take 40 minutes to get your food but when you go in and complain they have hot one on the spot¿ If you don’t want to work bro just don’t clock in. By far the worst experience of all the pizza places I’ve had the joy and liberty of going to. The service was so bad you have a full room of customers crashing out on each other. Man I miss Papa Murphy's so bad bro.

Bad management mangers bad to employees and service bad will no go back til have better management bad service not cooking food making customers wait one or 2 hrs for food when they are slow and closing store early at night they are losing a lot of customers
I ordered the cheesesteak Crazy Puff and this was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order, and the whole time the place was chaotic. A bunch of customers were standing around waiting, nothing was being put in the ovens on schedule, and everything looked very unorganized.
When I finally got my food, it was undercooked, greasy, and looked nothing like it’s supposed to. The photos speak for themselves. It was soggy, messy, and honestly just not edible. After waiting that long, receiving food like this is extremely disappointing.
I really wanted to like this place, but between the long wait, lack of organization, and horrible food quality, I will not be returning or recommending
