The only reason I’m posting a 5 star for albermarle Little Ceasers is because of Ms.Vicki/Viki. I appreciate your willingness to remake the cheese pizza for my child who has sever sensory issues due to her neurological disorder. I usually would try to fix it myself and hope for the best outcome, but tonight I was stressed and utterly exhausted and just wanted her to eat something i did not have to meticulously plan for and prep. Cheese pizza is her favorite treat. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for not making me feel ashamed or embarrassed for even asking. I hope you have a blessed rest of the year as well as each coworker who was there with you tonight! You may be the only reason we go back to visit , and I hope you are there because if we can tip I’ll most certainly do that. Thank you again!

If you love pretzels don’t order this. It’s nothing but a regular pizza with an overwhelming amount of salt on the crust. My husband salts everything and he couldn’t rake enough off it. Very disappointed.

If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered lunch before having a dental procedure. One of my four slices had no cheese. I told them about it, and they were like we can’t help that. I asked them to remake it. They refused. They did refund me my money but my procedure is soon and I still haven’t eaten. And the managers wore no name tags and refused to give me their names. I called corporate anyway.

Understaffed. The guys were doing what they could, as fast as they could. The female manager was rude to them. She wouldn't even look at the customers.

I've never had such a bad pizza from this establishment till now. First off the pizza I ordered was burnt so bad, I couldn't believe they actually thought this was ok to give to a customer. So I had to drive all the way there and take it back. I showed the person behind the counter the burnt pizza and he agreed to make ne another one. The second one was still a little burnt but I didn't want to keep complaining till they got it right. I'm from the Raleigh area and the deep dish pizza is never this bad. There was little to no cheese, it was alot thinner than usual and it tasted like sauce and dough. Totally wasted my money and will never order pizza from this one again. I'm really starting to notice when I order pizza from a shady area,the quality of the food is horrible. I'm new to this area so if I was aware of this, I would have never ordered pizza from here.

Careless when it comes to proper handling and labeling which could be detrimental to those with dietary restrictions! Workers need to be retrained on cross contamination, proper labeling and dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: Be careful.... They're careless and don't follow instructions regarding dietary restrictions. My meatless pizza had a meat label and the meat pizza had the meatless label.
