Never ready you’ll be waiting forever. Poor customer service they show up late then yell at you as if you’re the inconvenience.

I usually am not hard on pizza places like this because you basically get what you pay for. This location however, ain't cutting it. I ordered extra cheeses on 3 pizzas. It barely had cheese on any of them. The dough was not fully cooked and the pizza was mushy. Won't be back to this one.

Took a hour to get 2 pizzas. They back there making all the wrong orders, calling out names of people who are not even in here.

Terrible management (except Johnathan)- although he forgot to write my name down in there “replacement order book” but he attempted to help. lol and even worse, contacted corporate and waited for an email or phone call back and still nothing. It’s been almost a week, and not even corporate could assist. Never going back to this place, and after seeing other reviews I see why.

This play was ridiculous the gentleman was so so so so so so so so so rude I have never met a man that was more rude at any fast food restaurants or any pizza place than that man in my entire life customers were just trying to ask him simple questions if things were available the line was so long all the guy had to do was answer the question there was three or four of us waiting in line for stuff that he said was not available and not only was it not available that they were completely out of stock and didn't have it which on that case they should have a sign up saying sold out or something at the moment instead of me having to waste my time with the screaming child for 18minutes time to hold my composure and stand in line I do not recommend this place I wouldn't let my dogs eat here

Went to lil caesars to get a pizza I got the hot and ready pepperoni pizza got home. No sauce on the pizza it was just bread cheese and pepperoni. I remember these pizza’s use to be $5 smh yeah never again

5 stars because of the brunette woman upfront, with the really long hair.. that woman is amazing, the store gets crazy busy, but she always holds it down, never stressed. The restaurant does get packed, and the customers are not always friendly, but the staff does try hard, and like I said the brunette upfront, leads the way, she's a born leader, and also a shout out to I believe the manager, he treats everyone in the store, employee or customer woth so much respect, and he also does hustle. I get my pepperoni pizza probably 4times a week there, sometimes there is a wait, but the pizza is always good, brunette up front with the long hair, keep doing your thing, you are a rock star

Ordered online for delivery. Estimated 39 to 44 minutes for delivery. Three drivers have went and left because my pizzas were lost. It's been 2 hours and we are still waiting. Absolutely horrible service. Wish I could cancel but was told I'll get it eventually.

Car was stolen so I ordered deliver to feed the family. Placed my order and paid all the fees to get it delivered and was given a estimated delivery of about 40 to 45 minutes. Fast forward 55 minutes and it's still not ready for pickup. Called and they lost my pizzas? Two delivery drivers have already went and left the store. Just got the lazy well we're busy reply from the lady who answered the phone. I'm betting that someone they know walked in and they gave them my pizzas so they wouldn't have to wait. Very unprofessional. Next time i'll pay the little extra for Pappa John's or Pizza hut.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!! Manager very disrespectful when asking questions regarding menu! Didn’t know how to ring options up and then stated they were out of cheese!!

If I could rate this business and the manager Donald that’s on duty right now with negative stars I would- first thing first I walked in and wasn’t greeted with a proper “hello” or “hello ma'am someone will be with you shortly” or anything, needless to say I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged it still wasn’t with a proper greeting- I asked who the manager was and Donald instantly inserted himself in the conversation by being very dismissive. I voiced my concerns with him and the young man I was originally talking to and Donald continued to be very dismissive. As a manager, he has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and after my visit today it will be my first and last.

Y’all closing 20mins early despite what the website says. False advertisement and y’all losing the company money. I watched y’all turn away 5 customers in less than 5 mins. Unprofessional
