I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received at your Wendover store on September 4th.
When I arrived, the cashier was on her cell phone and did not acknowledge me or take my order until she finished her personal call. This created an unnecessary and unprofessional delay. Despite this, I placed my order and specifically asked for the breadsticks with garlic, Parmesan, and butter, even offering to pay extra for it.
When I got home, I discovered that the order was wrong. Instead of what I requested, I was given old breadsticks that had clearly been sitting in the warmer, without any of the toppings I ordered. While I take responsibility for not checking before leaving, I did expect my order to be correct and fresh.
To address this, I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered the phone. This lack of response only added to the frustration and left me with no way to resolve the issue directly with the store.
This experience was very disappointing, both in terms of customer service and product quality. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers don’t experience the same.

We into this location it was dark in the back where they make the pizza I can’t see how they are making pizzas in the dark we we walked in not nobody addressed us at all they needs more training in customer service they never even looked our way I said are you taking any orders the girl said yes I said it would’ve been nice if she or the guy would’ve said well be with you just nothing and there wasn’t any customers in there at all that’s the sad part they will never ever worry about me ever coming in this location

I ordered a stuffed pretzel pizza and I received a squashed unrecognizable mess. Everything I ordered was dry lacking sauce. I don't think it's worth the trouble to try again.

Came to pick up my pizza, entered 567 on the kiosk and it didn’t work. The cashier asked “what’s your order” I gave him the order. The guy in the back making pizzas said “WE NEED THE NAME” as if did something wrong. After going back and forward with him I expressed I gave him what the cashier asked and the professional thing to do would be to place the pizza where it was supposed to go so I could actually use my kiosk code or ask me personally for my name. His response was picking up a order and professionalism or two different things. Huh?? I will be calling. Professionalism is just at its peaks these days, they give anybody a job.!!🙄

I’m sorry but this store was not up to par for my standards. Pizza was real hard. Drug addicts in front of the store. One of the workers scratched their rear end and continued to make pizza. No hair nets whatsoever. Didn’t see no one wash there hands after touching appliances.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never had so rude customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas via their app. DoorDash picked up 2/3 pizzas. Little Caesar’s called me and told me I needed to call the driver and have him turn around. I called him but he was already close to my place. I called up little Caesar’s and ask the lady if she could help handle this and she says I need to call the driver. She hangs up on me while I am speaking. I called him again assuming she mistakenly hung up. I explain I already tried calling the driver and ask if she can arrange for delivery of the last pizza. She tells me that I should not tell her how to do her job! And then says to me “I am not going to help you!” And she hangs up.
Don’t ever buy from this place, simply not worth it if you have to deal with them.
