I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never had so rude customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas via their app. DoorDash picked up 2/3 pizzas. Little Caesar’s called me and told me I needed to call the driver and have him turn around. I called him but he was already close to my place. I called up little Caesar’s and ask the lady if she could help handle this and she says I need to call the driver. She hangs up on me while I am speaking. I called him again assuming she mistakenly hung up. I explain I already tried calling the driver and ask if she can arrange for delivery of the last pizza. She tells me that I should not tell her how to do her job! And then says to me “I am not going to help you!” And she hangs up.
Don’t ever buy from this place, simply not worth it if you have to deal with them.

I went and bought 2 pizza and Mrs. Chanika said that since the receipt had not come out that I had not paid and I showed her my account statement and she said that she did not care about that and she even treated me like a bitch, very bad service, that lady Very rude, I honestly didn't understand why I still showed her my account statement where I did pay for the pizzas but she decided to call me a bitch and a thief.
