Very bad experience! I had a reservation at their Sharon Road location for 8:30 PM. We called ahead, and the Sharon Road location confirmed our reservation. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation was actually at this location. The Sharon Road staff called here, admitted they made a mistake, and assured us that they would be ready for us when we arrived. When we got here, we were immediately met with side-eyes. The manager told us they were cleaning off our table. That was untrue, we stood waiting for another 20 minutes until the manager came back and admitted they were still waiting for the people at our table to finish eating. The manager then proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning tone, cutting me off and saying, “Ma’am, Ma’am, Ma’am, you were 30 minutes late,” as if it was our fault that their other location had confirmed the reservation incorrectly. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable. Guests pushed past us as if we didn’t belong, and the manager blamed us for the mistake of their other location. I left feeling very upset. Would not recommend, especially if you are a person of color.

The Manager Ana was extremely rude . We showed up with 5 min of receiving the text that our table for ready. We were told since you didn’t reply in 9 min- your table has been given to others. We were made to wait for another 20 min and when asked why they are doing this. She accused us being in cooperative, she was extremely rude, mean , unfair and asked us to leave. We had a terribly foul experience.

What will make your dining experience even more spectacular is if you ask for our server, Austin. He was attentive without ever being overbearing, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and random facts! His recommendations were spot on and elevated the entire experience. Austin’s professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and taken care of throughout the night.
This was more than just dinner—it was a dining experience we will remember for a long time. We’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for Austin again. Highly recommended!!!!

My mom and i went for lunch today and our server Shaye was AMAZING. The food was also equally as amazing per usual! But Shaye made our day! Will be back a million times! Their ceasar salad is the best I’ve ever had and their mozzarella app!
Food and beverages were fantastic! Negroni Nero was especially delicious, and their soup of the day the eggplant mirepoix was phenomenal. Skye (I think?) was our waitress and for being in training she did a great job. Overall a great dining experience, would happily come back soon!

We'd tried the original one in South Park a while back and were always satisfied, until one occasion when we ordered pasta it came out pretty overcooked and even when it was returned, the new pasta was overcooked as well 🫤. But oh well 🤷 Now that we have this other one closer to us, we decided to give it another chance because we usually really liked this place.
It was pretty busy, but we're not picky about seating, and we understand that we didn't make a reservation, so we ended up sitting at the bar which usually it’s cool.
The service was… Ummm… average? There seemed to be some preference for certain customers, but I know that happens sometimes in this industry…
Honestly, the drinks and food were just on point as how it used to when we used to visit the other one. We truly missed those meatballs, which we consider the best we've ever had, so in the end, I didn't feel like mentioning anything extra at that moment.
We also tried their bread pudding, which was super fantastic 🩷 but honestly, it took way too long to arrive even though the restaurant was pretty empty at that point and we had no approach or explanation of the dessert delay ☹️
I'm glad they opened another location near us to try out and I wish them much success, but I think that for the next time, or well from now on, if we get a little mama craving, it's better to order it to go and avoid having to go through some other kinda unpleasant experience that isn't very personalized or attentive 🤷♂️
I think the atmosphere here is better than south park plus they make pizza here. Pizza was pretty good. Got the chicken parm with the burro pasta it was awesome plus huge portions for lunch tomorrow. Caroline had great recommendations and answered all the questions we had. Thanks for a great anniversary dinner.

Birthday celebration for our daughter, enjoyed the family sized portion of chicken Parm, Radiator, and their version of Chicken Alfredo with my son loves! Definitely get the upgraded pasta, it is made fresh and you can tell the difference if you really enjoy your Italian foods. *The complimentary birthday cannoli was much appreciated by our birthday girl!

My wife and I went to Little Mama’s to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing!!! Service was great and food was wonderful! Laura L took great care of us, was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great recommendations! The caramel cheesecake here was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! They also had a fresh mozzarella appetizer called a “Mozzarella Presentation” that was really good. I definitely recommend getting the crostini with it. The pizza was good, but I’m going to try the Chicken Parm next time, as it looked great. Also love the old school Italian restaurant vibe that they have (even though this location is not very old).

I hate writing bad reviews but I had to write this one. After visiting regularly we are not going anymore. Arrived Sunday at 7pm with no reservation and needed a table for 6. I knew I had to be flexible. Hostess was not friendly at all and told us that could only sit us by 8:45pm and finished by saying just to let you know we close at 9pm. I said ok. As soon as she completed my reservation the system sent a text informing that our table would be ready in 30 min (not in 1:45m as she said). Interesting right?! Server was not friendly as well. Brought us water and forgot us. I was clearly looking for her to order the food and the manager noticed, came to the table and asked me what I needed. I told her we were ready to order and she called the server. The server didn’t like that the manager called her and came to me kind of aggressively asking what question I had about the menu. She brought the drinks only with the food. First time ordering pizza and they were not good at all! The pasta was cold and the only good thing that happened that night was that when we complained about the cold pasta, the chef made another one and he personally brought hot from the kitchen. That was the only good dish! It was a bad night and the whole party agreed that what used to be our best Italian option close by, is not an option anymore. They clearly need the owners around. Lack good management. Seems that the forgot they are there for the clients.
