I did not like that the automated order taker does not repeat your order. However, the sandwich was fantastic, and the fries were great, and the lemonade was great!!

Food was great and wonderful!! Server was not attentive to us and other servers was doing the job that he was suppose to be doing! Bathroom was also dirty, tissue on the floor and toilets was stopped up and not flushed

I could give them 5 stars all the way, but the bathrooms were beyond unsanitary.

We have been here over a hour and we are now just getting anything to eat where packing up to go. We was told there was a discount add to your bill..how about we all hade different bills and no discounts was added.

I went here with some friends a couple of nights ago. The food was amazing. We wanted to meet the chef but it was too busy. I had ribs.,someone has steak, someone had chicken, but everything was perfect. And amazing, they asked if we wanted it crusted parmesan cheese on a baked potato. Yes, get that. Please get that.it will change your life.

About four of us received dirty salad bowls and the manager stated it was because the cook might ha e touched other things then the bowls so that's what probably caused the issue. That was a lie, our bowls had not not been washed correctly, if you felt the surface of them they all felt gritty and you can see the dried up sauce or whatever it was on the bowls. My aunt had something black dried up on the bottom of the bowl and rim, I had maybe some dried up ketchup or something red on my bowl as well others. It was very disgusting, can't believe the manager tried to cover that up and still charged us for it.

It was a cold rainy nite so we decided to order and pick up. I got a steak, French onion soup and what was supposed to be a ceasar salad. Instead I got a container of lettuce and soup that was more bread than broth and cheese. Steak was ok (a little tough). The mgr asked me to come back for a new salad. On top of the bad weather, i am a cancer patient so absolutely not. They don't deliver so no one could rectify the mistake. And the next day I wasn't driving back for a lackluster salad when I had nothing to go with it. Texas Roadhouse for me from now on. My daughter and husband were satisfied so that's why the food gets 3 stars

I just went back hoping to give this place a second chance. However I'll never go back after today experience I went to the bathroom and my table was cleared off and other people were sitting there so I just left. Smh this is unacceptable.

My family and I stopped for a bite for lunch. The first thing I noticed was the food review. Score of 90. Which isn’t bad. We were seated and noticed our seating area was not the cleanest. Food crumbs from the previous customer were visible. I did not complain. We ordered a lemonade to drink. It was watered down. The waitress brought out bread, it was cold and she didn’t leave any napkins. Once the food arrived, I had to remind her of some of the food she’d forgotten. My mashed potatoes were cold. This was the final straw. There was a piece of hair cooked inside the chicken strips I ordered. This was a horrible experience. The waitress addressed my concerned with her manager who offered to recook my meal. At that point, I didn’t want any food from them. Just my bill discounted. The manager never showed his face, but they took the meal off that had the hair in it. Lastly, the Wild West shrimp was not cleaned properly. Black poop was still in the veins. i paid too much for the experience and the food was not great. I will never eat at this location again. Sadly, longhorn will never be in my suggestions to eat. The quality of service and food has declined immensely.
