I ordered drive up pick up. Checked in at 9:30pm… They close at 10pm after 10mins I decided to go in the inside to pick up my online order at 9:40pm all doors LOCKED! Finally someone came to the door my food was just sitting on the counter Cold! Ordered lamb chops it was no meat just FAT!!

On 4/21 at 6pm I arrived at Longhorn on Mallard Creek to pick up my families dinner order and was met with the most unprofessional waitress/host I’ve ever encountered. She had long dark hair, of lighter complexion, clear reading glasses with a gold aviator frame. She was at the online order post and was short, rude and extremely unprofessional toward myself and other guests. She constantly complained all of the 30 minutes I was in the restaurant, expressed her dislike for serving guests and talked about customers negatively as they inquired about their order. My order was a pick up order, however once I got inside she told me to go back to my car and go to a carry out parking space which was impossible due to no parking being available in the parking lot, I ended up having to park at a neighboring business to pick up my order. When I asked for a bag to carry my drinks out she handed me a bag v.s. being helpful and offering good service and assisting me. Once I got home (7 min) half of my order was cold, leaving half my family to reheat their dinner.

So distasteful that my husband and I left and had to find another restaurant. It is my first time visiting the area. But based on this service, I am nonlonger looking forward to it.
