Came in on a Wednesday night around 6pm and there was only one person in the place. Sat at the table and placed a beverage order. A few people started to trickle in and there beverage orders were taken from what looked like the only waiter in that night. We placed our food order and 10 minutes later the waiter came back and asked us were we ready to order. When I told him we already did he apologized. Other tables started to get there food and we still sat with nothing. By this time it was after 7pm and I asked what did I owe for the one soda because I wasn’t waiting any longer...and the waiter said “oh you can just go have a nice day” sarcastically. Will never go back, and if you decide to, check out all the crumbs on the floor and seat cushions before you sit down. Very dissatisfied.

Closed at 6:30 on Friday. There’s a sign in the front window, best I can tell they were shut down by the health department? Regret driving out here for it, it was pleasant a year ago when I last visited.

Originally I enjoyed the food . But lately they been falling off. Last night I got a super burrito steak with no steak but lots of beans . The burrito was thrown together and cold. They closed in a hour so I guess that was why... so my advice to anyone hungry at 9 ... DO NOT GO TO LOS ARCOS

That's the good news.My glass had a piece of tortilla shell on it.When my partner noticed a hair in the queso dip, the waiter looked at it, patted his head, and said "It's not mine." Then just walked off and ignored us until we asked for our check.So, no. Just freaking no.

I give this place 1 star. I ate lunch there today and specifically told the new waitress I wanted the lunch special fajitas and they brought me the dinner portion and charged me for it. They didn’t want to adjust the bill accordingly even though it was there mistake. They will not get any more of my business. I come here if not every week every other week for lunch or with my wife and have never received customer service this poor. You just lost a regular today!
