What an incredible experience at Los Chamos! From the moment we walked in, the service was superb, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant was spotless, and the presentation of the food was beautiful.
Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely delicious and full of authentic Venezuelan flavor! The cachapa with cheese and steak was soooo good , perfectly cooked and incredibly satisfying. The patacones with shredded meat were outstanding, packed with flavor and texture, and the black beans were simply amazing. Every bite nailed all the right notes.
We truly had a wonderful time at this gem in Charlotte, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Venezuelan food done right!

Im shocked this place is not 5/5 on ratings. Their food is absolutely amazing, filled with flavor and just so much goooodnessss. I had the cachapa trio and it was beyond amazing, I can eat these daily. Will definitely be coming back often, their service was top notch which very well complemented how good their food is. The guy who greeted us and served us was super kind, amicable, attentive. I cant say it enough, but this place is amazing. Definitely check it out. Small inside but mighty!

I ordered on door dash i have been there before was delicious. Wanted my husband to try it... 3 items were missing Potato beef bites with side sauce , pulled pork sandwich and they sent me chicken empanadas instead of beef... I then called restaurants to talk to someone hoping I could get it redeliverd so I could eat because the item was for myself... they didnt understand anything I was saying and said that no one in the restaurant that knew English.. then when door dash the restaurant and played the same games that no one knew English. Crazy cuz the whole door dash ticket is in English. Very upset and will no recommend this restaurant to anyone.
