Nice people good spot my dog loves it
Let us book 10 days of boarding. Go to drop off day of boarding and they tell us our dog can’t stay due to an expired vaccine but couldn’t tell us this when we booked. I understand the safety concern for the other dogs but obviously you saw in the system the vaccine expiration but couldn’t tell us when we booked so we could get a new one.
Friendly staff! I received updates while away which puts me at ease.

Love going to Lucky Dog! Plenty of canines having fun most of the time. Spacious outdoor recreation. Two indoor playrooms & outdoor heaters, as well as numerous fans for the warmer months.
They are always great about getting my dog into daycare and have reasonable prices/good hours!
Took my pitbull mix here for several years until the new ownership took over; it’s been awful ever since. I will not go back.
Do your research. Do not bring your dog here. Search all the awful complaints and look at Reddit to see how they treat the dogs. The people with positive reviews don’t truly know what’s going on behind the scenes.

The staff is awesome with our dog Max. He gets the zoomies when I mention we are heading to Lucky Dog!!!
Such an amazing place to take your dog. The facility is clean, the staff is so wonderful and attentive. They have brought things to me proactively on if my dog didn’t feel good that day or something out of concern and as a dog mom, that is so appreciated! My dog loves going there!
