I remembered the last time I boarded here which prompted me to update my review. My dogs reeked of urine and poo when I picked them up from a weekend stay. I gave instructions on how to board them properly as they are very defensive together.. that was ignored. We spent weeks of time and money in daycare trying to get them acclimated to boarding and the week before their boarding we were told they probably wouldn’t do well for the week..
I also switched over to Rover as I couldn’t trust them. I was close to trying to board again but my spouse reminded me of the experience so we are using rover again. Sucks because this place used to be awesome.

Fun place to bring your puppy and have a beer with friends

Nice place to hang out with my Golden and meet friends and sip a beer after work. They open at 4:00 p.m.

Although we've only visited the bar area, we had a great experience each time. The bartenders were delightful, and the patrons were very responsive to their dogs. Definitely returning.

Always a Sunday funday here at lucky dog! Especially during football season, 5 tvs available to watch any game that's on, fans and misting sprinklers to keep you and your pup cool ?

Good place to let you dogs out and play while watching the game and having some drinks. However I am having issues with the grooming. I will call to set the schedule. Tell them I have a long hair lab mix. So I need hair trimmed and need hair cremated. Along with a nail trim and an animal gland squeeze. And it seems to always have an issue between the phone call and the drop off. This is why I lowered my revised from 5 star to 3 start.

This is an amazing place to bring the dogs. A fun relaxed atmosphere. The staff always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Took my grand pup there while she was visiting. We'll be taking our male as soon as he's neutered. Great place.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this establishment. We went on a 3 day vacation and picked our puppy up only to find him dirty and smelling like urine. We left him with his favorite blanket and that also smelled like urine. I have never smelled a dog with such a horrible odor. Since we picked him up we tried washing his blanket but the smell was still in it, so we had to discard it. Just picked him up this past Sunday and he looked so scared. We tried reaching out to staff several times for an update on the portal and nothing was giving. We finally received a picture only to find that he was so dirty and looking very sad. They tried telling us that he was wet in the rain but still was no good explanation. I do not believe this staff is for dogs at all. He was not brought to them that way so we shouldn't have got him back in that way especially smelling that horrible. I told my husband I didn't feel right that we didn't get a full tour of the place. We didn't know how it looked in the inside or where he would be sleeping. I DO NOT recommend this place at all for a boarding place for your pets. We took him to get washed and he was shaking so bad not wanting us to leave him. He goes to this place for a wash all the time and never acted that way to the staff. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This really brought me to tears and this place needs to be shut down.
