This place has a club vibe and the whole concept of lounge/restaurant needs a rebrand. I had the fried snapper, mac n cheese & fried okra with a strawberry lemonade to drink. The snapper was the only thing hot on the plate, the drink tasted like liquor was mixed in & for the price of the meal didn't meet what was plated.

Sometimes a limited menu means the restaurant specializes in the items listed. In this case I would agree. The food was delicious especially if you like spice. I’d recommend you request no or light Cajun seasoning for a kid in which a kids menu does not apply but one adult portion would be plenty for two small children. This was a last minute spot in the area but did deliver exceptional service. Perfect for a date night

Based on the service I received this past Saturday, I will not return to this restaurant. My assumption is that the restaurant booked a party & didn't have enough seats for everyone. So people were standing right beside me the whole time I was there. Secondly, the waitress took everyone's order at my table except mine. She looked at me, went to the table with the party, then went and hugged a guy and walked off. So I'm sitting there baffled because that has never happened to me before. My table stopped another waitress to find ours so i can place my order. When she finally came back, she came to me and said, "I took your order." This conversation wouldn't exist if my order was taken. No apology nor ownership was taken for the oversight. That ticked me off. I should've asked her what I ordered since she thought she'd already taken it. Food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and collards. The chicken was good, just a smidge salty. I did not like the flavor of the mashed potatoes, and the collards were inedible. The collards were so hard. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to serve that. The collards needed to cook a lot longer than they were. The last thing that had me tight was that I paid with cash, and the same waitress asked me if I wanted change. YES!! They already charged automatic 15% for everyone, then charged 5% transaction fee. I asked her what the fee was. All she said was that everyone gets charged that. Well, I'm paying with cash, so what's the fee for. She finally brought my change back and tried to short change me. I had to tell her the exact amount I was owed. After I corrected her, she acted like she had an attitude. I immediately left after that. The male and the other lady that served our table were nice. I don't know if the young waitress thought she knew me or what her issue was with me, but she was the most unprofessional waitress I've ever encountered. We are not close in age, and I don't live in Charlotte, so I don't know what her issue was with me or if I reminded her of someone. She definitely needs customer service training or another job.

We had a reservation for 15 & at my arrival, I asked where to be seated & was sent to another parties section. I attempted to ask a waitress for assistance, but was given an unfavorable grimace. I then returned to the host, who then sent me to a section equipped only for 7, when I knew we had a party of 12-15. I was the only 1 seated to wait for our party at the time. As I waited for our party to arrive, I was approached by the grimacing waitress that I had just attempted to ask for assistance. She was unimaginably & extremely rude. Did not offer a greeting, let alone a beverage, but ensured me as a patron that after 15 minutes of a reservation & the party has not arrived, the "section" is "lost" because "they need this section" and that was told to me agressively 3 times before I reminded her that she didnt know who she was talking to & to let me speak with the OWNER. Once the owner presented herself, she did replace the wretch of a waitress with a much more pleasant waitress, sent a guy over that only cleaned HALF of the table & once our party flooded in, we could not be accommodated for the amount of people present. Although we were willing to go on the patio, THEY COULDN'T ACCOMMODATE THAT EITHER. All had arrived by within 10 minutes of me speaking with the acting owner, who I would assumes name is Not Napolean, and a third of our party left so that the some others could be comfortable in dining. Needless to say, the money walked right out of the door because this place wants business, BUT CAN'T STAND ON BUSINESS! I would never return to express the least! And for certain, neither will our family or friends.
I waited over 20 minutes for an order (as a delivery driver), only to have the hostess give my customer’s food to the wrong person. She didn’t seem apologetic at all and didn’t even greet me when I arrived (I was standing there feeling like I didn’t belong there). I felt terrible that I couldn’t stay and wait for the meal to be replaced for the customer. It’s unclear why someone with such poor customer service skills is at the door.

Food 10/10 amazing hookah lasted all night dj and vibes 10/10 only reason I didn’t give 5 stars there’s a 2 hour max sit down but the security came to move us 20 mins before our reservation time ended and was told to sit at the bar while he waited for our food to come out of the kitchen and a to go box for chicken wings of course we didn’t move was very surprised and uncomfortable
