The burger was well cooked, seasoned and juicy! The toppings were fresh. Even though I ordered ahead, customer service was still amazing! The fries were great! Will be back for more soon!

Best burger I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend supporting this business. Customer service was great as well. Everything came out hot and fresh. No frozen burger or onion rings. Sad that it will be a while until I get back to Charlotte.

Me and my daughter enjoyed our burgers and homemade fries. It was our very first time eating at the Market on 7th street. Mad Dash did not disappoint. The service and food was great we will definitely eat there again soon!

Bland and tough burger. Tough wings (dry and difficult to chew)
Fries were 4/5 stars

Striking _

Not friendly, and very slow service.

I wouldn’t recommend doing Uber Eats here. They show no urgency and don’t care.

Cashier was very rude, gave me dirty looks even though I was being polite. I ordered the pork belly taco and it tasted rotten, some of the ingredients must have been spoiled. Disappointing experience overall. The market is great but do not eat here.

I was really let down by our visit. We ordered the patty melt, chicken sandwich, kids’ chicken bites, and two cheeseburgers, along with fries, coleslaw, and chips. Honestly, the only things we enjoyed were the fries and chips.

The chicken sandwich had barely any chicken, and what was there was tough and overcooked. The same goes for the chicken bites—so tough that my kids couldn’t eat them. The patty melt was dry and lacked flavor, and while the cheeseburgers were okay, they weren’t anything special.

We came here expecting a great experience based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. I don’t plan on coming back.

Terrible experience at Mad Dash.
Unfortunately, I failed to check the reviews before making a purchase. We stopped by 7th St Mkt for lunch—there weren’t many options open, so we decided to try Mad Dash.

We ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich, a smash burger, and wings, totaling $48. It took nearly an hour to receive our food—and this was during lunch!

The chicken sandwich was burnt, the burger was missing lettuce, tomato, and bacon, and the wings were cold and tasteless. The entire experience was a disaster.

I’m always shocked that businesses like this get enough new traffic to stay open. I’m even contemplating disputing the charge with my CC company—this felt like a complete robbery.

I will NEVER return.

Avoid mad dash.
It took 45 minutes to get a cold burger and undercooked onion rings. I suspect the food is prepared elsewhere.
The girl at the register was very nice.
A bizarre experience.
