Let’s start with the positives: I ordered the chicken sandwich it was very crispy and the bun was not very soggy or greasy. I can tell it was made to order it was hot and steamy. I am not sure how I feel about cucumbers on the sandwich instead of pickles. I took them off. The chicken was lacking seasoning and only a little bit of the sauce was on the bun. So it lacked flavor.

The food was phenomenal especially for my first time ordering from here. The blackened shrimp po boy was so flavorful and the chicken sandwich was a good portion and delicious

Me and my friend got the classic burger with fries! My friend thought the burger/meal was really good. My burger was a little tough/chewy for me but the fries were really good! While the burger was a lil tough, you can tell it was well seasoned though! When trying to locate the place if your new to charlotte, it’s next to a parking lot in a market. Lots of other little restaurants/shops etc in there, very cute place. We ate at the market a lot due to the variety!

This Mad Classic w/ onion rings and Root beer was probably if not the best meal I've ever eaten i Charlotte. Humble people and great food! I'll definitely be back again.

A year later and I stand by my review. Tried the burger, and it was HUGE and seasoned well on a thick, soft roll. It had to be a half pound burger cooked to perfection. I thought it was going to be dry, but it was moist. I did add onion and mustard. The onion rings were thick and crispy, too. It was a delectable bite.

Went back in November. Waited almost an hour for food. Eventually had to cancel and ask for a refund due to the wait. They refused to refund the prepaid tip, only the food.

I think these were the BEST wings I've ever had. Came here from the spectrum centre just to grab a bite. I got the garlic Parmesan wings and the peach sweet tea. The wings were actually GF no reaction and the tea was so good. The people that work there were super nice and warm. I would like to come back soon to try the tacos. My friends had the lemonade and Spicy chicken melt (it's super spicy so beware.) but they loved their meal as well. The people were super nice and I am so glad that the food matched their vibe. 10/10/10

Good and Fast! Located the the 7th Street Market and they do validate your parking ticket if you use the garage We opted for the mushy melt which is grilled shrooms; arugula; grilled onions and goat cheese on a crusty sourdough bread! Here is what I liked everything but it had too much goat cheese for my taste - it tasted more like goat cheese sammy with a few mushrooms but still overall it was good. Next time I would ask for a lighter spread of the goat cheese possibly eliminating all together. The fries were hand-cut n fried fresh as were the onion rings in an ever so light batter! The staff/owners are very friendly! One warning if you try to call in an order - DON'T lol no one ever picks up!

Good portions and food for the price. Wait for food was longer than expected and food was cold. -1 star.

This resturaunt is in a food hall. It's the second resturaunt in the right. Parking is validated for 2hrs (talk to person at register concerning your ticket) The person at the register provided great service. We had the mad patty melt with onion rings. The patty melt was juicy and flavorful (wish it had American cheese instead if cheddar) the onion needed some seasoning. We also had a pomegranate lemonade (very sweet) Other than that I would definitely come back.

I don't know what's wrong with some of the black businesses in Charlotte the customer service is horrible. Typical Charlotte black business. don't know how to value there customers. Didn't eat because I never got a chance order

Maybe I just had a bad one-off of the mad dash burger. The ingredients were great (with the reddest tomato I've seen on a burger, so kudos for that), but the burger meat itself was disappointing. The meat was gray and flavorless. The fried egg was good, but was over-fried. Maybe there was a miscommunication, for I expected a runny yolk where there was not one. The fries were well-seasoned and fried, so I can't complain about those. I don't think I can risk dropping another $15 on a burger with a mediocre patty, though. From a purely informational stance, the wait time on what seemed like a non-busy Saturday around lunch was 25 minutes for the burger.

I finally got to try Mad Dash after waiting for forever lol! I was so excited they moved to the Market at 7th Street. I stopped by during Eat BLK CLT Festival and ordered their mambo wings and fries. Both were really good! I definitely want to come back and try a few other menu items for sure. They were super busy so the food took a while to come out. I love that the garage attached to the market validates for 90 minutes. That's always a win while Uptown. There's plenty of tables and seating inside the market too. Looking forward to checking them out again soon.
