My friend and I needed a quick room because of travel delays and Jandel was able to assist us with ease. Everything was easy breezy and the room was great! Views are great facing down town and can even get a glimpse of the sunset!

Chris and Jessica were awesome! Very customer service oriented with attention to detail. The entire team was very helpful. If you are going to stay in Charlotte, you need to strongly consider this hotel!

Very warm welcoming as I flew on Christmas day starting with an amazing drink called the fireside followed by amazing apps and good company at the social bar in the lobby of the Sheraton. Returned following 2 days for dinner and lunch not to be disappointed.

We were checked in by Jessica and she made everything incredibly smooth and easy. It’s nice to get met with someone so personable and nice. The room is very clean, beds are comfortable. All in all very happy we chose the Sheraton Charlotte

I came to charlotte to visit some family, and I chose this hotel for a couple of reasons, the location and the price was really good. So glad I stayed here. it was beautifully decorated and the staff was so kind. Mustafa one of the mangers greeted us at the main entrance and Jessica took great care of us as well. good place to be in.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Everyone was super polite and helpful specially Jandel and Vanessa. We had a city view room!!! with gorgeous view at night. I didn't realize how beautiful is Charlotte Skyline. over all great experience and will come back for sure.

Liked · On-site parking (but not the additional rate for a single car per room. I could see for additional cars. We had a single car for two rooms), on-site restaurants, pools, car service, social areas and the location was good. The staff we interacted with were nice. Disliked · Rm 910 had no complimentary waters(had the card saying enjoy them), entrance & bathroom doors stick causing enough noise to wake person sleeping in the bed by the window; there was a used facial brush under the vanity, no washcloths, headphones/earbuds on top of the wardrobe, old dusty spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling, worn carpeting, discoloration of wallpaper, coffee maker was dirty, one outlet cover on the floor, no refrigerator or microwave (but plenty in storage room across the hall), luggage bench was in the bathroom (which we moved), vent in the shower didn’t work, dead space in the bathroom should have been made into a closet then you wouldn’t need the wardrobe taking up space in the actual room. Another chair could be put there & add more comfort. Fridge & microwave can fit under the dresser console and not impact room space. There was only one bar of soap, no “Do not Disturb” or privacy door hanger (we made one & taped on the door). This was all room 910. Rm 911 (also one of our rooms) had some of these same issues but not all. We ordered food at the restaurant & it took so long to get that they closed while we waited & one of the meals was wrong, but they couldn’t remake it and couldn’t give us a refund because they were closed. They said come back the next day & they’d remake it but we were checking out the next morning & didn’t want that then. We just wanted a refund or take it off the room. We asked at the desk & because we paid for the food with a card, they said a manager would have to do it. Why couldn’t you just have the restaurant refund us. The manager wasn’t around so they took our contact info, but we haven’t heard from them. The pool closes too early (8pm). The age shows on the property (worn carpet, torn upholstery, quick fix repairs, changes that weren’t thought out well). There’s a little more but I’ll just stop here.

My experience at this hotel was the worst experience I've ever had from the second we arrived. We arrived to find out that the hotel overbooked and did not have the king sized bed that we reserved and paid for and that they could put us in a double room. We said no as there's no way 2 grown adults can share a double bed. Then one of the front desk people said they were queen beds so we accepted the room as we were on a time crunch and only had 1 hour to be at our event. Upon entering the room we then realized we were bold faced lied to. The beds were not queen size. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The TV did not work at all, the safe in the room did not work, the ice maker on our floor, the 2 floors above us and 2 floors below us did not work either. The next morning when I went to check out I told Vanessa ( i believe that was her name) when she asked how our stay was that I had some complaints. Her response was "Ok, youngun, what are they?" She was incredibly rude and condescending as I am a 42 year old grown woman and not a child. Their front desk manager, Nazaar M., could barely speak English making him impossible to understand but he did not care at all that his hotel overbooked. There were numerous other people checking in when we did with the same complaint that their king room was not available. We will NEVER stay here again!

Truly an awful experience. Check in took 25 minutes. Staff was unfriendly. Room was falling apart. Toilet was making the sound of a siren, an engineer came in and ended up making it worse. Had to switch rooms and they put me in an old smoking room. Headboard was falling apart. Outlets didn’t work. Attended a conference and the roof was leaking. The lobby cafe has the dirtiest floors. The chairs has plastic and stuffing coming out. I’ve never been so happy to get out of a hotel.

We stayed for one night while on a road trip. The hotel is quite nice and easy to get to. The room was clean and spacious. They accommodated an early check-in which was convenient. Parking is $25 a night. 2 coffees and three muffins in the morning was $27. ? In the middle of the night 12:15-1:15 am there was a disturbance on our floor. Yelling, slamming doors etc. I tried calling the desk several times to report it but didn't get an answer. I didn't feel comfortable addressing it on my own as I was traveling with my young kids. I kind of felt trapped in the room....I don't blame the hotel for the disturbance but I do hold them accountable for the front desk not answering the phone. I mentioned the issue to the staff upon check out....they appeared genuine in their apology.

My daughter and I stayed here for three days for a conference. Nice hotel and decor, comfy beds friendly staff, great food (for conference meals and at hotel restaurant), conveniently located near places to go and Amtrak. Loved the beautiful, spa-like pool area and the 18th floor rooftop bar with sweeping views (especially at sunset, after long conference days.) Also, the most beautiful ball rooms/conference rooms I have ever seen! Small annoyances: no fridge in room, no shelf in shower for soap/shampoo, no luggage rack for suitcase.

On Friday May13, 2022 I checked in, and my room was already paid for. When I check in I give my name and I was asked did I drive? I said yes, but that the other person I was with paid for parking and my room. She then checks and says yes your room is paid for and I just need a card for incidentals. I ask how much was be held, as I was giving my debit card? She says $50 a day, and I insert my card and it is declined. I am thinking I kn ow I have money as I had just gotten paid, but transferred more monry to the account, and ask the same question again. I get my keys and go to my room, but something doesnt sit well. I check my account and and low and behold they have held $487.50, and not the $150 I was told. I call down to the front desk and they tell me that they will re verse the charges, and again this doesn tsit well with me so I call back to get something in writing. I am then told that they have again charged me and now they are holding $975. Mind you I am 1000 miles away from home and I need to pay for things while I am there. They apologized and offered me breakfast. The next morning I go to the front desk and was told nothing can be done, but before I leave I overhear another customer and the same thing happened to him, but they got him for $1500. Meanwhile, I was not able to enjoy my trip because I could only do things with the limited cash I had on hand. Needless to say, I will never stay there again. Their sad as apology was not enough for the inconvenience that they caused me and my family.

The GOOD: Good location. Bonvoy Platinum and was upgraded to a huge corner room (not suite). Room was in good condition, and clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet room. Hotel has updated public areas with current decor. Concierge lounge was open. The BAD: Front desk service– only 1 or 2 people were working front desk. One was a manager, and appeared very busy with other business and was hurried and short with us during interactions. Failed to provide us 1. Access to concierge lounge 2. Vouchers for breakfast. Offerings in lounge were meager. Breakfast buffet was nothing inspirational. Exteriors of both buildings in complex need a major refresh– very shabby.
