Hello, my name is Mario Gomez. Today, November 22nd, is my birthday, and I went to dinner with my wife and daughter, but the service was terrible. The waiter never introduced himself, brought us the bread but didn't set the table with silverware, and arrogantly insisted we order our drinks quickly. When we ordered from the children's menu, he never brought the apple juice for my daughter, and he couldn't recommend any specials. I had a very bad experience at the restaurant.

Maggiano's was happy to accommodate my party of 20, which the servers handled with warmth and efficiency. From the moment Elizabeth checked us in and seated us, I knew we were in good hands. Vonnie and Skyler took great care of us and the food was delicious. Even the bartender was super friendly to all as we assembled in the lobby. Great team!

We chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and were really looking forward to the evening. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot. Even with a confirmed reservation, we waited over 30 minutes with no update or acknowledgment from the staff.
What made it even more frustrating was watching multiple groups who arrived after us get seated before us. At that point, it was clear the reservation system wasn’t being managed properly, and it honestly felt like having one made no difference at all.
After waiting far longer than reasonable and receiving no communication, we ultimately decided to leave. Birthday celebrations should feel special, not stressful.
If reservations can’t be honored or managed properly, then there’s no point in offering them.

Our table was too close to another group of people. You couldn't get out of your seat without bumping into the person behind you. When the person behind you leaned back into their chair they would bump into your back/head. I'm sorry but I don't like other peoples head/hair touching mine. We had 2 kids with us. Put the kids food order in before placing any drink or food order. 3 tables were seated after our kids food order was placed (one table had a group of 8 people). All 3 tables got their food before our kids. I had to ask why there is such a delay in our kids food. We're talking almost 45 min from when we placed our kids food order to having it on our table. About 10 min after that we got our adult entrees. 1 piece of the chicken parmesan had cheese on it, the other didn't. Our server brought us another piece with cheese on it. For the above reasons I do not feel like this was a positive experience for the price point, value and customer service. Would not recommend for a dinning experience.

We always have a good meal at maggiano's the atmosphere is very relaxed the maggiano's chopped salad he's delicious. My wife had the meatball she said they were very good.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. When we lived in Denver, CO we went weekly. When we moved we were excited to find out that one was close by (2 hours away). We always go for special occasions and with the menu change and the elimination of some of our favorite meals and deals gone it's hard to go but we have been. Lately, the service has been horrible. Starting with our reservation that the hostess clearly didn't look at prior to seating us (she was too busy giving coworkers Halloween candy from her bag to notice us.) Then to our waiter who never came by to fill up our drinks or check in on us. We watched other servers give much attention and detail to their customers even boxing up their food for them. We had to flag our waiter down to get boxes and he quickly placed them on the table and ran to the side and just watched us. It was my birthday and I love the chocolate cake and want that for my birthday cake that day however, I decided to forgo dessert because the whole experience was just horrible. This restaurant is clearly cutting back on ingredients and quality. My lasagna barely had any sauce. Before it would be covered in sauce and there would be plenty leftover to dip your bread in which was my favorite part. At some point you after trying the same restaurant so many times and getting the same subpar food and experiences, you've got to cut ties. I will however continue to go to the one in Denver, CO.

Joshua was an excellent server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were celebrating a birthday and he wished us happy birthday and brought a treat at the end of the meal. The food was delicious and plentiful.
