Server didn't put in our order for the salad we ordered. We received our meal without our salad. Had to wait about 7 minutes for the person who delivered our meal to find our server. He then comes out to say he forget to put in our order for the salad. The manager came apologized and had our food ready made.

The staff was very pleasant. However, we didn't receive a small fork to eat the crustacean. After asking for a knife to cut chicken cutlets we were given a regular table knife. We purchased a bottle of water that the waiter filled our glasses with once. We did it the rest of the time. Just seemed like service was less than what you would expect at a high end restaurant. The food tasted very good.

The kind hostess went above and beyond the call of duty to help my elderly parents have a seat while waiting for our table to be set. All seating in the lobby was taken. Very young guests were seated. No one offered them their seats when they were obviously trying to find somewhere to lean or prop up. When I let the hostess know, she quickly offered to find them 2 chairs. It was so thoughtful! She did it with a smile and made us feel welcomed in a very crowded waiting area. I wish that I had asked her name. Thank you. You know who you are. I so appreciated her extra effort to make ALL of Maggianos guests comfortable.

I had high hopes for Maggiano’s but left disappointed. Crowded, loud, freezing cold, and slow service. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo from the family meal — it was missing the Parmesan-crusted chicken. Even with a reservation at 6:30, I wasn’t seated until almost 7. Tables are crammed so close you’re practically touching the next party, and the noise made it hard for us to talk to each other and to the server.
We spent long stretches waiting for drinks, our order to be taken, and even the check. My pasta was cold within 10 minutes thanks to the freezing air conditioning. The food was average at best, and our $300 bill was absolutely not worth it. Friendly staff, but the atmosphere is chaotic and service suffers. Sorry, we won’t be returning.

Have visited this chain a few times in Georgia and Midwest. This location parking is in parking garage unless you valet. Restaurant was clean and very busy. Noisy so of you have hearing issues sit next to the person you want to talk with. We did the family four course. Breaded zucchini is very good. We chose three pastas and beef from main course. All was liked by our group. The lemon cookies are very lemony. Few of us had mixed drinks. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our waiter was hopping with many guests but checked with us many times. I'm sure we will return. It's good for a group.

My husband and I want to truly thank the staff at Maggianos South Park for playing a major role in us finding out the gender of our 1st child. We asked our waiter Dez to be apart of it by bringing out a specific dessert for a boy or a girl. Well cheesecake was for boy! It was delicious as well as the Zucchini Frittas. Everything was great including the service. We also thank the manager Bryce for helping out as well. We will never forget this night thanks to y'all 💙

Not what we expected, and we were celebrating a bday. The hostess never informed the staff that served us about the special occasion. Quality of care and attention was poor. Food came out cold for one of the meals. They did comp that meal and 2 desserts bc of all the issues. Won't be returning.

Disappointing. Past few times I've been here have been disappointing. The food quality has gone down. My wine for a Chianti tasted watery and light not full bodied. The bathrooms out of tissue paper. The prices are high for what I'm getting and not eating/finishing.
