I was very pleased with how fast we were seated, God knows cheese cake factory was busy on a Saturday afternoon. Our waiter was very nice and basically on point with everything his job details. We ordered muscles for an app which was abundant, big, and delicious. (That's what she said) for the price it was worth it. Our entrees came out fresh and tasted great. The problem was that the food we brought home lost it's taste by that night, next afternoon. Very bland or mushy depends on what you get, highly recommend just trying to finish it it on site

Except mushroom ravioli nothing was good in veggie there. Its a chain restaurant and big one but the food quality was not good at all. No good option for veggie and whatever we ordered in veggie the cheese was really bad.Vegetarian options: Very less option

Always excellent service and food quality. Portion sizes are over the top and unnecessary.

To be honest, I've eaten at this location twice. Twice for birthday gatherings. I personally didn't care for the food that much. The price is have for the amount you receive. Now, I will say the staff are very pleasant and I did like the private room upstairs and downstairs to get away from the crowds. Overall, not for me but you just may like it especially if you love pasta.

Over priced, underwhelming. I will not return. Too crowded; tables too close together. Beef medallions had grizzle, so much so that they could not be eaten. Branzino was dry. Mushroom ravioli were drowned in cream sauce. The fried zucchini, however, was very good. The only big positive: fortunately the waiter removed the price of the medallions from the bill. I may have been generous by giving two stars, but the waiter was good. The food was anything but good Italian food.

Traveling for vacation and we stopped here because we have never tried it before. John was our server and he was phenomenal! The chef came out with an appetizer because we had never been here. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing! Would recommend!

We are visiting from Connecticut and this was our first time at Maggiano's. The food was the Best I have ever eaten. The manager Jordan and our servor Marie gave us impeccable service. I had the salmon dinner. My husband and grandson had the beef medallions. We started with the wedge salad. Had the stuffed mushrooms and fried zucchini. My husband had the tiramasu for dessert and I had the butter cake. We are going back to Celebrate our anniversary next week. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Food was awful. It was a delivery order and was rancid. Contacted the restaurant and they said they would do nothing. We had been frequent customers never again

Tried Maggiano's because the wait at Lil Mama's was 30 minutes. I wish I could take a picture of Maggiano's Chicken Parm and compare it to Lil Mama's (basically the same price) Anemic portions of cheese and sphagetti. Felt like I was eating a Stouffers frozen meal. Bartender was nice, chicken parm portion size was ok - 2 stars

Ordered to go. Calamari was nice, light not greasy, sauce was ok.The spaghetti and meat balls were inedible. They were both so salty it could not be finished. Tragic at best someone needs to sample before its served. No way the recipe would call for this.
