Tonight was our first time dining at Mama Ricottas. We had the most amazing meal. From the prompt, amazing service to the fresh pasta and the complimentary birthday cannoli, it was simply amazing. This is my favorite new restaurant and we can’t wait to bring family when they come to town. Tonight was our servers last night training, and he was simply the best. My dad and I came to Charlotte from Tennessee on Sunday, my brother was in a very bad accident and has been in the STICU. Tuesday evening we decided to try out Mama Ricotta’s, not only did we leave with our bellies beyond full of DELICIOUS food, but left with two very kind souls touching our hearts. Our server, Eric, was incredible. Through light conversation, we explained what we were in town for. The I’m assuming manager, whose name I did not catch, came to let us know that...

Alejandro is the best!! I visited earlier this evening with my girlfriend to celebrate a few milestones and Alex made it a great night. He was attentive, but never intrusive. He offered his honest opinions on the menu without being pushy, checked in when we needed water or another portion, and always came with a smile and a friendly gesture. He even threw in some ice cream when he heard what we were celebrating! What a great guy!
