Because I didn’t want spend the extra dollar for a third side, and I usually can’t finish the two meat one side. Y’all decided to give me half portions. If you can afford to give a full other portion for $1, why wouldn’t you give me a full serving. On top of the the sodas are flat. Been coming to this spot since they opened years ago, and with this being the third times it happen, and I heard them pressure the person in front of me and behind me to spend more of their money, for food they probably don’t even want. You won’t see me here ever again.

This place was fairly good no complaints at all. I had bourbon, chicken, lo mein broccoli and Mongolian chicken… the chicken and veggies were overall really good. The noodles were weird they were bland, but tasted smokey and the texture was very Ramen noodle-ish… honestly undercooked a bit…. Overall, the experience was great. I paid a fair price for a lot of food. The vegetables were fresh and the taste was very good!!!

I went to the Pei Wei at SouthPark Mall and had the worst experience ever. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and seemed irritated from the moment we walked up. She rushed us through our order, got annoyed when I said 3 drinks because she only heard 2, and then threw the receipt at us. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never had such bad service — absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

Goofy ahh manger was mad because we wanted a refund since the food was cold, then Proceded to tell me next time don’t come back and it wasn’t fair. Well it wasn’t fair that my food was cold!!! While giving me the refund he threw it at me🤣.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from mall Chinese, but the sesame chicken was so bad it was inedible. It looked somewhat normal, but smelled and tasted disgusting and the texture was awful. We ordered a “handcrafted lemonade” in a small and they filled the cup with half high-c from the soda dispenser and tried to act like they were just putting ice in before filling the rest with the lemonade. Super sketchy, so it makes you wonder what other corners they cut in their ingredients.

The sesame chicken was just orange chicken with sesame seeds.. definitely a first. Noodles were overcooked and soggy. Staff were ok, just not friendly. Cream cheese Rangoon were unedible .. soft, sour and tossed in the garbage.. Soda was good!!
