Some of the best pasta I've ever eaten. I can't believe that I've been coming to the 7th street market for years and never had them before. You can choose what kind of noodle you want, and have a variety of different things you can add to the pasta. Check it out if you get the chance!

Maybe the best pasta I ever had. Went to the second location now open near South Park and it did nothing but blow me away. The spot was so cute. The market was cool with grab and go options and great Italian staples. I loved that the dining area is find your seat scan the QR and order on your own. The staff delivers food and anything else you need. This will make it an excellent lunch spot to get in and out quickly. Very efficient. My table had the classic Caesar Salad. It was almost an oil and vinegar Caesar dressing. Dang Delicious! And the focaccia bread oh good lawd. The crunch on the crust! I could have inhaled it all. The pasta was so fresh we watched them make it in their pasta window. Now the taste. Perfection! So tender and cooked exactly right. No al dente here. Who wants chewy pasta? I opted for the tomato, basil sauce and it was beyond. A hint of sweet while the flavors were very bright and fresh. Seriously could have been the best I ever had. Writing this review makes my mouth water. I may just go back right now- Hope to see you there.

I ordered build your pasta (rigatoni) ordered the Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and the pasta had very little to no sauce. It was hard to eat all my food while it was hot so I had to get it to go so I could add some milk or cream to make it more of a sauce when I got home but didn't end up eating it. I told the woman who worked there when asking for a to go box that pasta has no sauce and too much cheese and she replied that maybe the type of pasta I choose sucked up all the sauce. All in all, the food I cook at home is much better so I wouldn't ever eat here again.

the Food is good, the chef work really well and they are resourcing all the food locally but about the service there are a few flaws, the place is not cheap (pasta can cost you 20/22 $) and the service is not at the same level, we sat and we were 4 people, on the tables there were already 2 forks, 2 small plates and 2 glasses, but I needed to ask for the other 2after we ordered , the appetizers came not all together and ,as soon as, we received the last appetizer they brought us the pasta , the ordering is done by phone with QR code , if you paid 40$ each for lunch at least you want someone to take your order, in the menu there is a Pesto linguine but the pesto is not Basil pesto, it is a seasonal pesto , so better to write on the menu "Seasonal Pesto' so people can ask about it because if you write it down like that, it is Genovese pesto , I didn't expect an Italian guy to break the linguine in half to serve them, you should know better.

This is an outstanding restaurant that opened recently in the Southpark area. It is a delightful restaurant with a casual atmosphere. They have a wide variety of pastas available. My pasta was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The focaccia was warm and very tasty. We'll be repeat customers and we wish them great success for many years to come.

[This is for their location near South Park since their yelp isn't set up yet] The restaurant was lit with many windows and it's a peaceful environment. You can either stand in line and order or you can find a table and order through the QR code. I ordered through the QR code and it was simple. The service and food were good. I appreciate the portion size cause it was just enough for me to be full but not overstuffed. The dish was delicious, it was light and each bite was flavorful. The chicken was the most flavorful in this dish. Usually a fan of white cream pastas and this is in my top favorites in charlotte.

Beware the Kitchen closes before the store part you won't know until you drive 30 mins to get there...

Delicious fresh pasta option in the heart of Charlotte! The pasta is phenomenal and you truly get access to fresh flavor profiles. Highly recommend if you have never tried homemade pastas. Looking forward to trying their new location in South Park.

Love the fresh pasta (as a kid, I thought I hated pasta because we ate the Barilla boxed stuff). I like how they source a lot of local ingredients. This place has also been a breath of fresh air as someone with a soy allergy. I'd given up pretty much on eating out because it's pervasive. But I've been able to eat here safely. We had the burrata, the pear salad, and the fish. Highly recommend.
